The past suits I bought were decent but if you are athletic and have more than the 6" drop from your chest to waist, you'll have a tough time finding a reasonably priced suit here. I happen to have a 44" chest with a 34" waist and it's tough to find a suit here with separates that can be mixed and matched. To make matters worse, I was in a serious car accident a few years ago and after a knee reconstruction and two shoulder operations I've gained some weight so now I'm a 46 chest and 38 pant. How many 46 short suits did they have to choose from in the entire store?? Two. Yes 2. Pretty bad and both had 40" waists. If you are normal size or slim they do have some nice suits and many that are priced fair but for some of us, I just can't find anything here. Enjoy!

I spent $2,095.13 on dresses from this business owner, Chuck, and never received my order, a refund, or even an apology from him. These weren't just any dresses one was for my vow renewal, and the others were for my 40th birthday trip. Both were very special and meaningful moments in my life. When I went to the store to check on my order, it was completely closed down with no notice about what happened or where my dresses were. I tried calling and texting multiple times, but got no response at all. What made the situation even worse was finding out from the staff at Jovani that Chuck never even placed the order for my dresses. So basically, he took my money and never purchased anything. Because of this, I had to repurchase all of my dresses again this time I went directly through Jovani which added even more stress and financial burden. Thankfully, they stepped in and helped me, and I'm so grateful for that. Honestly, I couldn't believe Chuck did this to me. I was in tears, crying over the phone with the staff at Jovani for weeks. I even had to call my bank too. Everyone should know these dresses take a long time to come in, and thank God they were able to expedite them all because of this situation. I couldn't believe this was happening to me, especially since I've supported this business in the past. I felt completely taken advantage of, hurt, and disappointed. I have never had someone I supported and trusted over the years do something like this to me. No one should ever have to experience something like this.
