While hospice is not a business type that you'll see regularly reviewed on Yelp, it's an important one to know about if you believe or are told that a loved one may be living out their final days and you want to make the most of it and make sure they are in the best care possible. I cannot say enough about how pleased my family was with the services that Jewish Hospice & Chaplaincy Network offers... From music, massage and pet therapy to an incredible care coordinator, rabbi, and legacy book writer, we took advantage of everything we could for my dad when we were told that his time left with us was limited. Rabbi Rachel, especially, provided so much empathy, care, and advice for my family during an extremely difficult time. My dad is the most resilient, miraculous man I know and he defied the odds and is still with us today... almost a full year after we worked with this organization. So, we're no longer using their services at the moment, but I would absolutely attribute some of his recovery to the wonderful hospice team, and I will forever be grateful for the legacy book that we have to remember my dad for years and years and years to come. read more
