While he was there, I mentioned that I want to have my foundation wall finished with stucco. He told me he has a guy who can do that too. Well, I got a couple of other quotes from others and I knew after that Stan was the right guy for the job. His numbers are very reasonable and I can tell he knew what he was doing. They sent Amir who was very kind and professional. He showed up on time. He worked quite quickly. He found the problem, bought the parts, and fixed my issue. He had to come back to grout as the tiles needed to dry. He showed up on time the second time and also worked quickly. Luckily the issue was just in the baseboard and Amir explained how the damage happened and made sure to seal everything well. However, we would not recommend their service, unless for emergency because of the the lack of transparancy with the fees and charges. We were quoted $800 + materials for a job that actually took 4 hours, and they charged us the higher amount rather than adjust our fee to the actual time, which was much less than quoted by the administrative person based on a picture that we sent. It's clear that they are looking to make a quick dollar and not retain customers!.
