I have both a doctor's RX and he has training papers to prove he is a service dog. I stepped inside to tell the clerk that he's a service dog protected by the ADA. The other clerk started screaming hysterically "GET OUT!" Now both clerks were hysterically screaming I wasn't able to make out much of what they were trying to say in their hysterical state. I lost my cool. I'm not used to people screaming at me at the top of their lungs. I replied "STOP SCREAMING AT ME!" The reply was "GET THE FUCK OUT!" I left. The female clerk followed me into the parking lot still screaming. I have no idea what she screamed. I simply couldn't understand her. Service dogs are legally recognized as durable medical equipment, just like a wheel-chair. UPDATE A friend of mine called Long's to explain the ADA. Whoever answered the phone told my friend they wanted me to wait outside while they secured their dog. I heard them scream DOG, maybe she meant her dog. No idea, I was unable to understand them do to hysteria.
