He submitted a bid and by July 1st of 2019, he did not show up for contracted interior work. His response was "my bad." I had to change my plans to be home and waited for him. When I asked about a time for the fence install he did not respond. When my son's advocate emailed him, he complained about "too many emails", and stated he planned for the fence August 5th but could not be sure because of other clients needs. He then cancelled the contract when I noted my displeasure. My son is disabled and the fence is a great need. Now we have to start over from square one.

The gentleman I spoke to cut me off and said (this is a direct quote) "We are not interested in your job" and hung up on me. I then called the HR department. No answer. I eventually got a call back, but I will elaborate on that later. I decided to call the initial number/extension to get an explanation for not being interested in the job. The dame guy answered proceeded to cut me off (another quote) "Yeah, Yeah a roof I know." I asked him for his name for future reference and he wouldn't give it to me. He told me especially if it has insurance involved they aren't interested, they are too busy and (another quote) "Screw Off." Later I got a return call from the HR rep. She too told me they are too busy. I tried to explain to her busy or not that is no way to speak to a potential customer. She continued to try to make excuses for the previous guy being so rude. At least the HR rep was somewhat polite. So, if you have an insurance claim or don't like being talked down to or someone being absolutely rude with you DO NOT call Wayne Nasi Construction they don't want your insurance money.

The installers had a very nasty attitude. They left a mess in my dog run with nails in wood. They're lack of professionalism was apparent. I've never been spoken to like that by an installer in my own home. Although I'm a disabled veteran I am not going to be pushed around by someone in my own house. They were paid to do a job and they failed to do it properly. The installer claimed that he did not remove the window that he was replacing and I did not understand what he was saying. If not him and his crew then who removed the window. The job was done in haste and with lack of experience in one of the installers.
