Ordered brakes then got an email saying the 3 days quoted in the order was a system error so it changed to 2 weeks. We cancelled bc we can't wait that long. We then got an email saying that:
"Because of system error, we can not refund u now. we have submit case to cancel the order that will take some time.
Sorry for that."
Well, the system took the money without issue. I'd understand if they said it may take xx for your bank to process the refund or even for their bank to release the funds but nope.
Also, who writes "u" in a professional email? If we don't have our money within a reasonable amount of time we will be pursuing wire fraud charges. read more
