I was somewhat hesitant to make the purchase due to the amount I wanted to spend and the gal who took my order said they were a little short of inventory on some flowers. She assured me they could do a nice arrangement and deliver the next day. My girlfriend and her husband loved the arrangement! I'm sure it's an amazing flower shop but the women that was helping with my order scoffed at me when I asked if she could include a few a few peonies with some colorful filler - apparently not in my budget and her tone and demeanor when delivering that message were condescending and not helpful. Placed an order for flowers. Paid $70.00 dollars. Got the complete wrong order, not only that,the ones I got were half dead, random sticks in the vase... yes that's right I said sticks. Monica the manager refused to make it right, nor give a refund. Next time I will take my business to a real florist that's will treat customers right. All I asked was for to make it right. I called Char-Ral for a bouquet for my best friend's birthday--I don't live in the area, or even the state, so I didn't have any idea what to expect from their selection, talent, and service. I was so, so pleasantly surprised. The two people I talked to on the phone were incredibly friendly, helpful, and low-key. Wyoming is a big state, and everything is spread out, so I was worried delivery charges would be exorbitant--not at all. Ten bucks for a twenty-minute delivery drive! Hooray! And best of all, they were more than happy to break out of the usual bridal flowers bouquet and make my friend a bouquet of wildflowers, with the sort of rugged spirit that individualizes her, and the florist. Should I ever need flowers in Wyoming again, you can bet I'll be back. read more

I ordered flowers through FTD for my mom for Christmas, Char-Ral flowers is a FTD florist. I ordered a beautiful arrangement of roses, including red and white roses, some winter berries,and some green pine . When my mom recieved them she sent me a picture of them..OH NO..not at all what I paid for. There were 3 carnations, some white flowers(maybe mums) and ONE ROSE. Oh yeah..the vase was the wrong color too. I called Char-Ral Floral and told them I was totally UNHAPPY with my moms flowers. They gave me some run around about how FTD takes a certain percent off the top and how expensive it is in Jackson and that they did the best they could..I paid for ROSES not carnations. Perhaps they should not be part of FTD if the can not provide the correct service! read more

I rarely write bad reviews and tend to give people the befit of the doubt but this has to be known. was waiting for a bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday when I herd a knock at the door. As I was walking towards the door a lady walked into my house! She was very loud and was immediately complaining about the layout of our home and how hard it was to find. I asked her her who she was ( no flowers in hand) and she stated she was here to deliver flowers to my wife. She continued to complain and criticize the building. I asked her to get the flowers and she walked off in a huff to retrieve the bouquet. When she arrives with the flowers i said to her please don't walk into peoples homes without permission. As I was closing the door she said I didn't have to be an asshole about it and started to justify why she did it. Very rude and condescending. Not what I would expect of a professional company. I cannot even begin to start on the issues we had with this service provider, but I was very disappointed in the management and the process of the flower delivery for my wedding. I don't even think they are deserving of one star! Everyone involved in the process of my wedding was very shocked at the unprofessionalism that Monica and her team displayed. The cost was something that is very difficult for me to talk about because my husband and I felt we were overcharged for the quality of the flowers and the service. I felt I did almost everything a bride should do...meet with the florist, go over layouts, and have many discussions with the florist about my expectations (be careful she charges for discussions after you pay her in full, "OH I FORGOT I CHARGE FOR THAT"...). Highly highly highly unprofessional and disappointed in the outcome. I regret not asking around and making sure Monica has a good reputation...which I had learned the hard way.
