I just had an oil change there and I asked if they had check the air pressure in the tires. The person at the counter said that they had and then she repeated all of the things that they had done supposedly to my car. When I asked the attendant in the garage he said yes they had checked it and I told them that my computer says that they are all reading different amounts. He said the computer probably hasn't caught up to it yet but that was not true also. I took them 10 more minutes to put the air in my tires. Even after all that the PSI in each tire was still different but closer to the same number. If they can't get the tire pressures right and tell the truth then why go there? read more

This used to be my regular place to get my oil changed. Quick, easy and friendly. The last time I went for an oil change, however, it was so quick that when they worked on the transmission fluid, they never put the transmission dipstick back in which I didn't realize until I took it for the next oil change at another Jiffy Lube location. In order to get a replacement you have to buy the whole new part, not just the dipstick. I am thoroughly annoyed and will not go back. read more

where do i begin? Do not go to this place! or any Jiffy Lube for that matter. If I could give this a minus 10, i would. This story is not exaggerated in anyway. I drive an Audi A4 2009, and I made the mistake of going to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change because a) I was too busy to do it myself b) I figured that, "how can they mess up? all they do is oil changes" c) I didn't want to take it to an Audi dealer because they gouge you on the price and it such an easy job. well my cheapness ended up screwing me. i'm in and out of there about an hour. they vaccumed my car "changed my oil" charged me for some extra stuff and i was on my way. 2 weeks later I look at the floor of my garage and it has about 25 drips of oil on it. This is a brand new garage, not a spot on it anywhere and i cheap out and go to jiffy lube and it ends up being stained forever. I told my dad what was going on (he used to be a mechanic) and he asked me a bunch of questions and he was confused and couldn't figure it out and then i said, i took it to jiffy lube 2 weeks ago, and he goes "there is your problem!". I'm like what could they have done to make it leak like a sive. I called them up and this is the conversation no joke. me - "Hi, i brought my car in two weeks ago and got an oil change and now it is leaking" jiffy lube guy - "what is your license plate, let me see if we marked it in our system as leaking oil before we touched it" me - "here it is" jiffy lube guy - "yup it was leaking before it came in" me - "oh really because my garage floor tells me otherwise. Do you guys mark down all your cars as leaking that come in, to cover yourselves?" jiffy lube guy - "no" "you're an idiot" - i didn't say that but i wanted to. Google A4 2009, do you know what comes up? "These cars don't leak." My dad told me to bring the car to his house and i did. we took the undercarriage off the car and it was soaked in oil. The oil plag wasn't screwed on tight enough. there was a drip of oil coming out every 2 seconds. THEY DIDN'T SCREW THE DRAIN PLUG ON TIGHT ENOUGH. how easy is that. God knows what else they did or didn't do. The fact that they changed the oil is debatable, it was black! the place is run by a bunch of idiots, and that reflects on ownership. I will never go to Jiffy Lube again, and I will tell everyone that i ever come across to never go there. Garage Floor - ruined for ever 90$ payment for synthetic oil change - down the drain, literally Lied to by attendant - yes you can't be too careful with your car, the smallest mistake can cost you tons of dough. Some dummy not screwing the drain plug tight enough could cause you to get screwed over by another mechanic, and these guys can cover themselves in so many ways. it was a small problem, but there are big consequences if you don't jump on it. the 5 star reviews on this page are fake. read more

All I had was an oil change at the Bedford, MA Jiffy Lube. They pulled both my air and cabin filter out saying they would be happy to replace and showed me how dirty the air filter was. I understand this is probably policy, but the thing was stark white and looked brand new. I am no idiot, it didn't need to be changed and they continued to put pressure on me until i sternly refused. Next, they told me that at 82K it is standard to get your transmission flushed....random that my car had just about 82k miles on it? I think not. Again putting the pressure on. So much so, that I was afraid that if I drove it out of Jiffy Lube that my transmission would in fact break!After them telling me my clean air filter needed change, I didn't trust them. The next day I took my car to my mechanic and he showed me the translucent red transmission fluid running out of my car as he was changing it. AGAIN, how is it that translucent red transmission fluid is so bad that I immediately needed it to be changed at Jiffy Lube then and there. I feel this was gender discrimination and flat out lying to customers to make more money is disgusting. Do you really feel it is appropriate to train your employees to put fear in their customers and pressure them into spending unnecessary money? read more
