I usually come here for my oil changes, and they have also helped me replace my windshield wipers quickly and easily. What I really appreciate is that sometimes I stop by for small things like checking my tire pressure or filling up the windshield washer fluid, and they are always happy to help. They have never charged me for those little services, which says a lot about how much they care about their customers. Came in for an oil change with only 2 cars ahead. It took over 25 minutes to start the process. Not sure if they were short staffed but it took way longer than I thought especially with the "15 minute service" banner right above. The price of this location is insane I went to Valvoline last week for almost $30 less. If you value time and money you are better off going to Valvoline down the street. My oil change was fine but while the two workers on May 15th at 4:30pm were doing their thing they could be heard having a conversation. They were talking about one of their wives buying books but emphasized how he didn't want "that gay shit in his house" and to "keep that sin away from him" and the other laughing along adding "the blasphemy ". The two of them actively repeating "gay shit " at least 5 times in the matter of a few minutes while they were working just outside my car window. Say and think what you want, but do it when you're not in earshot of your paying customers, wearing your company uniform, and actively repeating it several times over and having a good laugh about it. You don't know who you're possibly offending and you're representing your company. If you identify with the LGBTQ+ community or are an ally, you should take your business elsewhere that isn't homophobic . I'm not coming back. read more

They forgot to properly reattach the splash guard underneath the engine, and it ended up in the middle of the street a day later, after the oil change, I had to basically pay for somebody to for a new splash screen cover and have them install it of about 300 bucks. read more

The workers here are seriously some of the most attentive and professional workers I have experienced. As a woman that doesn't know anything about cars, it's stressful finding mechanics that take the time to explain the work they are doing and don't try to rip you off. My car always acts a little funny whenever I am due for an oil change so when it started acting up this past weekend, I knew it was time to change it asap since I would be commuting a lot that upcoming week for work. Since my regular place is temporarily closed, I had to find somewhere new to go nearby. I called about six different places for an estimate on an oil change and three of them told me they were too busy and the other three of them told me that they were free and to come by. When I showed up to each place, I got the same reply: "A ton of people showed up just before you and we can't fit you in afterall". I literally felt hopeless. By this time, it was around 5:30pm and I decided to make one final call to Jiffy Lube. When the man on the phone told me that they had no one in line, I rushed there and got there within 5 minutes. Thankfully, he was right and as soon as I pulled up, they began helping me. They were so nice here and very helpful. They didn't treat me like a loser who doesn't know anything, which is so common when a woman visits any car repair shop. They even let me use a coupon from Yelp to make my total lower. I ended up paying $77 and within a few minutes, I was back on the road. I normally get really nervous going to new places as a woman because some employees just are rude but I felt very comfortable here. Wow. They never answer their phone, and they have no ability to look up your service records. What sort of service place can't pull up service records of a vehicle that gets work done with them? Oh, and they reported my mileage incorrectly. And they didn't have the correct license plate for the vehicle, nor the VIN. An absolute crapshow. Horrible. Came to this Jiffy Lube specifically because it had good reviews, and unfortunately I didn't have a great experience. I arrived around 10:30 on a Sunday for an oil change and it wasn't too busy, there were 2 other cars there. We had to wait a little while as they began working on the cars that came after us (which was kind of odd, but no biggie as we weren't in a hurry). When they began the service on my car, the gentleman who was assisting us was on the phone the entire time, I think he was trying to help another customer which again isn't a huge deal, but he hurried through the entire process and didn't even check the mileage on my car, just asked the approximate. The price for my oil change was never discussed, I was charged $115 for a full synthetic oil change. Is this the norm? Seems to be up-charged a bit, but I was unable to check as to why this was as I did not receive a receipt. When I asked for it, he said it would be emailed to me (it's been 24 hours and still nothing). He had me write my contact info on a blank piece of paper so not sure about that... I also didn't get a sticker for my window as the gentleman stated he was unable to print it. Overall it wasn't a great experience and I won't be returning to this location. read more
