Super fast oil change, they do exactly what I ask every time I come. As always, Martin was very helpful and transparent.

I'm so lucky I drove my car in when I did. I didn't have a check engine light on, but my oil pressure light would flash whenever I hit the brakes. Turns out I had absolutely no oil in my engine. I use to drive over to another oil change location up the street but I am amazed how great the service was at Jiffy Lube. Upon arrival I was greeted and explained the best recommended oil for my car. My gire pressure and fluid levels were also checked. No one tried to sell anything to me however I already knew i needed my air filters replaced. All the employees were very outgoing and friendly. 12/6/2024 Update: A day after posting this scathing review and reaching out to Jiffy Lube's corporate, I received a voicemail from the manager of this location, Rudy. I promptly called Rudy back, and I explained to Rudy exactly what had transpired immediately after having my vehicle serviced at this Jiffy Lube location. Rudy was very apologetic and sought to make things right by providing me with a partial refund. I sincerely appreciate Rudy's professionalism and, as a result, decided to increase my rating by 1 star. read more

My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years and with good reason. We brought our 2003 Toyota 4Runner for a transmission oil change. After the change was made I realized there were still some metal shavings in the newly put in transmission oil. Rudy and Jonathan made it a point that quality service here is a priority and decided to do the transmission oil change again with no hesitation and made sure everything was correct. This was the second Jiffy Lube that I went to yesterday as the first Jiffy Lube on 17th in Costa Mesa WOULD NOT rotate my tires even though I had the coupon for $25 off plus free tire rotation. Excuse was they can't accommodate mini suv cars. They also wouldn't give me a receipt, said they emailed it which they didn't. They also wouldn't give me a sticker that goes on your windshield. Do yourself a favor and don't go to Jiffy Lube in Costa Mesa on 17th St. I had to go to another Jiffy Lube on Newport Blvd and those guys are awesome! They gave me a receipt and emailed it, rotated my tires, made sure the oil change in my car was right and gave me a sticker! Go there it's worth it!!! read more

so I came to this jiffy lube Tuesday Nov 7th for a full synthetic oil change. Was charged over a 100$ to just find out my car still giving me problems a day later. Had a mechanic of mine take a look under hood to look at the dip stick and they put over a half more of a quart then they were supposed to. Dumping some out in a pan to find the oil completely THICK ND BLACK . I'm assuming they never changed it and just topped it off.. I called location with my concerns talking to the general manager Rudy. before driving back there from LA . they promised to look under the hood, and to check it out which they did. But had an attitude while re doing my oil change in front of my face. I didn't want to deal w another faulty service. & just kindly wanted a full refund as promised... he proceeded to complete the second oil change: took me to the register just to tell me they don't give cash refunds. Even when I paid majority cash and half card. So Rudy with an attitude said he put 40$ back to card I paid with... & said he wasn't gonna refund anymore because he basically just gave me a " free service " oil change.. please have better costumer service and stop trying to push over females thinking we aren't gonna find out. & get all rude when you get called out on your shi. Never going to this location again. & they have a lot of young techs that work here. " from school " to learn mechanics, but they just half ass and rush your service. BEWARE. read more

I always get my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube specifically. They are so nice and give really good advice. I think he's the manager. I forgot his name he's always super nice to me and I just get great service. Never have to leave my car and it's super quick. If I have coupons or other discounts, they do their best to make sure I'm able to get them because sometimes some coupons are weird or just different things but they're really helpful and work with you and just so nice and courteous. read more

Great experience here! I pulled up and got taken care of right away. Joshua was very helpful right from the start. Not much to do/drink in the waiting area but the chairs are comfy enough for the short 15ish minutes they take to get your oil changed. Fair pricing, definitely my new go-to service stop!
