People are nice, but information and time frames are WAY off from what you are told. I own an older car, and yes I'm aware you can't always dictate when parts may arrive however with that being said I came in yesterday and was told an hr once the parts arrive which normally is fairly fast. I showed up 4 hrs later since I had no call or update. Was told parts still haven't arrived so I asked to come back the following day at 7am when they open. They had all parts and proceeded with the repair. Again being told it would only take around an hr or so. I showed up after walking around at 9:30 and was told they had to order more parts ( which the tech couldn't see ) and had to wait an additional hr for that to be delivered. It's now 12:15pm almost 5 hrs from the time I dropped it off. Though I wasn't expecting a discount I must admit that an apology and thank you for your patience isn't something that gives me my time back. Point for me is stating it only takes a short time to fix and taking well over the time given with no updates early enough to assess whether or not I should find a way home and wait would be greatly appreciated. read more

Stopped by my usual jiffy lube today for a quick oil change around 3pm. I was approached by the one staff member as soon as he heard a belt noise walking up he immediately tried to give me excuses on why he wasn't going to work on the cars oil change from just the noise. I stated to him where the noise was coming from and he still argued and declined service, when he wasn't even a mechanic just a lead!! I had the radiator flushed on my Ford F-150. It took about 30-40 minutes. The work was completed and all was well as the days went on. I will return again for more service on my truck. Until I found out that they ripped me off. They jacked up the price of a regular oil change and pretended that they already used a coupon to mark down the amount. But in reality, you are paying full price and they make you think that you already used a coupon . They used a different method of sucking your oil from the top, but did you know that they only suck 3 quarts and leave one quart .. They then fill your oil tank with only 3 quarts because they left the old one quart . They write on your receipt that they checked everything and rotated your tires but they do not even do all those extras . Very shady job and not worth the service paid for . If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I had the most unpleasant and unprofessional experience at Jiffy Lube today. A scrawny white boy named Matt ignored our clear instructions that the oil drain plug was previously stripped, and we specifically told them it needed to be drained from the top. Instead, he let another worker go down and mess with it, causing a huge issue, and then tried to argue with us about it. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time. This jiffy lube on Marks is my go to location for oil changes! Here's why: -Each time I've gone there has been no wait (maybe I've been lucky, but they get the job done super quickly!) -they get the job done quickly (like I said above). The first time I went to get an oil change and get my car checked it room 20 min, the last couple times it took 15 min -they are SO nice on the phone and in person (I talked to Mark on the phone before and Chase has always welcomed me on the floor and taken care of showing me my options, going over what they've done with my car, etc). -THEY DONT PRESSURE YOU. This is a big one for me because I always feel like places try to get you to buy something better or more expensive. I like that they give you facts and your options and let you decide without making you feel bad about you choices (can I hear a Hallelujah?!) I normally do the longer mileage synthetic oil anyways, but I like that they also tell you about your air filters and tire alignment! -small, but comfy waiting area with hot coffee! (Came here one super cold morning straight out of bed, and waited inside in the warmth, drank coffee for about 10 min, went over my car stuff and was out the door! ) *yes there are restrooms as needed! -the Discounts!! I get emails with great discounts as well as the reminder that I should be coming back in. Each time I've used some sort of discount that is significant on my final bill. (And this last time they handed me another one on my way out!) -THEY VACCUUM YOUR CAR! Okay, for some they may not like this, but as a courtesy, they've vacuumed my front and passenger floors and possibly my seats as well as my back passenger floors. HOW NICE IS THAT?! Alright I'm done, I can't rave anymore about how good they've been to me the past 2 years. If I had Zachary the whole time my experience would have been five stars. However, Joseph, the lead CSA was an absolute dick to Zachary. He was demeaning, rude, and unnecessarily snappy to Zachary for trying to do his job. Another guy tried to reel Joseph in my saying, "if you're not happy with it, then train them up." Joseph responded with "what's the point they don't want to work anyways." I was disgusted with the professionalism of Joseph. There was a small miscommunication on his end and he took it out on Zachary for trying to step in and expedite my experience. Zachary, you did great. I'm sorry you have such a terrible lead who doesn't know how to treat you with respect. Joseph was absolutely horrendous. The staff was nice, but it took forever. I came to get an oil change and a smog check and after an hour and a half I walked out to see what was taking so long--my car was just sitting out front, done, but no one had updated me. They didn't do the smog because the machine was broken, but didn't tell me till after I had been waiting an hour and a half. Then there was paint on my window when I left. I stopped here for an oil change a couple days ago while on a road trip, and would highly recommend others to find somewhere else to go. This was easily the most expensive oil change I've ever gotten with the POOREST service. I was charged an arm and a leg for a "premium, full service" oil change, being told my vehicle required synthetic oil (which is untrue as I've been driving it for years and have never been told this before.) They at least changed my oil, I hope, but did nothing else included in the astronomically priced service. They didn't check my tire pressure, lights, etc. They seemed happier joking around with each other than they did working on my vehicle. I was the only person there and now I know why. It wasn't until I was driving away that I realized they didn't even bother to give me a new sticker to remind me of my next change or reset my light. read more
