oil change was ok but other things listed on the invoice were not completed. Fluids were not topped and windshield was not cleaned. I came to jiffy lube for an oil change. On the island, every business is short staffed, including this on. Although I had to wait, the manager was accommodating and attentive. The general manager, Josh, went out of his way offering to allow us to wait in the office or have a bottle of water. The service was great. The attitudes were great. I understand the perils of the labor shortage and patiently waited in my truck. Once it was my turn for my truck to be serviced I was out in no time. I WAS IN MY CAR FOR AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES!!! Save your money and go to all pro tires. This jiffy lube has a super unorganized system of operations. In a "in-car" oil change, it's all about efficiency. I watched both employees take breaks and do things such as fill their oil cans and even take information down at a very slow rate. I was in my car for AN HOUR AND 20 minutes. THERE WERE TWO PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME. Just baffled by the laziness. read more

Specifically asked if they'd topped of the washer fluid as it was bone dry. Was told yes, it was a standard part of the service including checking all fluid levels. Drove away and my lower fluid light came on. Going on a road trip across the country and am pretty sure they didn't actually check any of the fluids. Will be taking it elsewhere to ensure everything is in good shape before leaving, as this location obviously isn't trustworthy. Also didn't bother to reset the oil light. read more

Went for an oil change today and was told I was 1500 miles to soon since the car uses synthetic even though by months some say it should be changed. Put air in my tires and filled my washer fluid. No charge. Will be back in 1500 miles. read more

Due to a minor misstep my "check engine" light came on shortly after my oil change. I didn't realize that the warning was due to my oil change but the diagnostics revealed the air filter hose was not correctly connected. The Jiffy Lube responded to my concern in less than an hour and reimbursed me 100% for the cost of the diagnostics which was $135. A special shout out to Rashad, my contact at the HHI store. Stands to reason when the product is very simple (an oil change) and it should take just a few minutes, and you should be treated with politeness and courtesy. Well, we certainly were. Ask for Carl. A very nice guy, and took us in and got us completed in just minutes. Yes, they were not busy at all (7/5/2019) so it stands to reason we should have been in/out, and were were. I really appreciate the work and integrity from the staff at this location during my most recent visit. I visited a different national chain for another Express service brand, they claimed I had a leaking oil filter cap, refused to do any form of service continuing forward, and blamed it on my last service at this location. I brought it in the following day to this location and they were very thorough in checking everything out and clarifying that there was no way any of their previous work would have done this. They also uncovered that the other company left my oil cap off, which got oil everywhere, and that they were probably the ones that broke the oil filter cap since the break looked fresh and sharp. ‍ I'm very appreciative that Jonathan H. was meticulous in the vehicle inspection, explaining to me what they found each step of the way, and making sure I understood what they were explaining. Him and his team members, Cameron F. and Sean W. had integrity in their work and made sure my vehicle was correct and safe before I got on the road again. First off, the scumbags tightened the drain plug so tight that I need an IMPACT DRIVER to remove it. Secondly, the filter was on so tight that nearly had to destroy it to remove it. They had to have violated the cardinal rule to NEVER use a wrench to tighten a filter. Third, I brought a filter of my own to use and they DIDN'T USE IT! They didn't return it, either, so that means they STOLE IT! I had a FRAM TG3600. They used some crappy NAPA filter, instead. On top of all that, it cost me well over $100 to have the "work" done.... Not only will I never use Jiffy Lube again, I am probably going to sue them for theft and malicious behaviour. Just a load of liars and incompetents. I'm going to have my normal mechanic give it a thorough going-over to see if their actions caused any other damage. May whatever god they worship have more mercy on them than I will show them in court. People like this are why I have "trust issues"...I guess when you keep getting stabbed in the back, you're always looking over your shoulder.... read more

If this is how Jiffy Lube now operates, I'll never go back. No upfront pricing and no menu board of pricing in lounge area. $72 out the door for a Jeep Wrangler using lowest priced blend, which included a $15 discount. Heck, I had my Lexus LS460 serviced at a Lexus dealer cheaper, and they gave me a loaner car and washed my Lexus after service. They don't top off a single fluid level without an add-on charge. Pricing isn't even given to you until they've pulled car into garage area and pulled air filter out. You can refuse service when they finally get around to giving you pricing, but they've really put you into a corner making it difficult to do that. Not one single part of a simple service was pleasureable...even their free coffee tasted like they pulled the water out of the toilet. read more

I brought my daughters 2018 Audi for an oil change.  This was the beginning of many hours of trouble and work.  For about two weeks my driveway was covered in oil. Went back and they claimed it was OK and they forgot to clean out the oil pan???. Replaced more oil in the car, and the computer showed 100% oil fill.   Oil kept leaking.  Finally took it to Audi. The seal and filter were not put on properly.  Fortunately, I had Audi Care.  Unfortunately, it cost me $160 to have all the oil cleaned off the engine and get the mess fixed.  If you have a basic American car, take you chances. Otherwise, avoid these guys and go to the professionals.  End of the day, i spent almost $300 for a simple oil change and repairs.  WILL NEVER GO TO JIFFY LUBE AGAIN!.  By the way, I never asked them for a dime back.  It's not worth the time and effort.  Lesson learned! read more

I can't do ZERO STARS, but I would If I could ! ! ! DO NOT GO HERE ! ! ! I had the oil changed on my Chevy Equinox on 12/27/18. 3 weeks later the vehicle stopped running due to a sensor needing to be replaced. The sensor has something to do with oil &/or oxygen. I since found out that the oil level was only half full AND it was jet black. The vehicle is in the same spot in our driveway and there is no evidence of any oil leaking out. So, in 3 WEEKS, the oil (that was supposedly changed) is half full and jet black. I don't think so. THEY LIE ! ! ! read more

We were vacationing when my car started to smoke. I literally know nothing about cars, but brought it to them because all the garages on the island were already closed (it was about 6pm). They topped off my oil (I just had the oil changed at a Jiffy Lube in VA) and then took a look. Found out it was a huge oil leak. They have three people working, two are just walking around and one is actually working. Cars are in the bay for 40 minutes For an oil change. The head guy today is not very professional at all. Five stars Plus! I brought my car for oil change, and the technician, Steve, told me that my former oil change (done with Valvoline) only put a 3,000 service change notice. Steve told me that he'd do it if I wanted, but it was unnecessary in his opinion. In addition, he checked all my fluids and air pressure for free. It's a nice feeling to know that Jiffy Lube hires great people! I travel annually from New England, and it's comforting to know that this place has my back. read more

Went in for a simple oil change. Driving out had dash lights on and car was sputtering went back to speak with tech and they told me after a scan that my car had a number of issues not related to the oil change and that it was sputtering when then drove it in which it was not. I immediately drove to my mechanic who told me the issue was due to them starting the car with the oil cap off getting air in. So what i thought would be just a cheap oil change turned into an expensive day of unnecessary auto repair that could have been prevented. read more
