Absolute worst service. Rude and unhelpful. Go literally anywhere else. I tried to drop off my car for an inspection. First time, they told me there was no one there to do it. Next time, I called first to be sure they had someone. Went to drop off the car and was left waiting at the front desk. When I was finally helped, they told me to drive it around and leave the keys and proof of insurance with the "inspector". Drove around. Got ignored for a few minutes. Then the guy rudely told me to park my car "in the line", which is just the parking lot. I parked my car. Then he refused to take my key and insurance. I told him I'm just dropping it off, and the guy inside told me to leave the stuff with him. He said, "I don't care what he said. I'm the inspector" and asked me if my car had been there before. When I told him it hadn't, he told me I need to go have someone "scan it in" then come back. Too much run-around. Way too rude. read more

Terrible. I would give them no if that was an option. I went here due to the location but had horrible service. They took over 45 min when I was the only one there for a BASIC oil change. Long story short, they did it wrong and oil leaked all over my drive way, garage and messed up my engine. They stated, "this happens 1in a million chances".....? They continued to say to call the 800 # on the back of their receipt however never got a hold of the actual manager on site. This happed back 12.19.21. Terrible service. Don't come here. Pflugerville jiffy Lube is great. Taylor jiffy lube told us one thing and come to find out it wasn't done. we were told after we committed to 2 new tires, an oil change, and new filter that they would change out the coolant. All they did was top it off. not sure if this was a miscommunication but they want to charge $150 for this service. read more

It's great when they have staff. But as of lately there is very few people working so be prepared to wait an hour or two for someone be even begin changing the oil. Even if you show up early. You are not able to make appointments for oil changes so you kind of have to hope for the best or come back another day. This was my third time stopping by in a week and it seems there is only one guy working. If you live in this area I recommend calling Vicks Automotive and make an appointment with him. read more

Visited this jiffylube location today to get a simple oil change. The manager Chris was very nice and funny and got me in quickly. They ended up finding a bad filter that was missed during my last oil change which was very helpful, and even changed out my brake light for a discount. Overall the service and team were great and I'll definitely be back to this location for any future oil changes. read more

I got a top off in December. The day after I had oil all over my garage floor so I took it back the following day as soon as they opened ( 8am). When I arrived there were cars lined up in the bays and the employees that could not get in. The manager arrived 25 minutes later. When it was my turn I told him about the oil in my garage and asked if he could please check for an oil leak. He checked my fluids and told me he "didn't know what I saw in my garage but it wasn't oil". Wow ok. Let's fast forward to today's visit (l'll be traveling a lot this coming month so I wanted to make sure my tires and fluids were still ok from December). I pulled into the bay and the employee started checking the fluids. He went to his terminal and told me there'd be a fee. I told him I'd never paid for a top off before and asked why there was a charge . He mentioned a certain amount of visits within a timeframe then he started getting technical. I told him I wasn't aware there was a limit within a timeframe. His response to me was "WELL NOW YOU KNOW." I paid and I left. I've been going to this jiffy lube for years and I've never paid for a top off. It's not about the fee either it's about the horrible customer service .I'm not sure what's happened within the last few years but the service is definitely not what it used to be . I came in an hour before they closed on a Saturday wanting an oil change. Surprisingly they didn't give me any grief about it. The people here 10/10. I have never been shat on so hard as a paying customer in any establishments. I know this may seem odd considering I'm complimenting them. Well, the thing is, they showed me my air filter next to one that is new. Once I saw what my filter was supposed to look like, I was not offended for being shamed, that hoe needed to be changed for sure. Upon arriving, I was kindly greeted by a gentleman who seemed as though he could have been the manager or lead. I was guided to the waiting room while they proceeded to service my car for an oil change. After a few minutes of waiting, an associate by the name of Julian called me out to the work area to share with me my car's info and needs. He was professional and gave me all the info that was pertinent to me and my vehicle. Throughout my time waiting for my vehicle to be finished, Julian was very polite, easy going, and had a great attitude with everyone he dealt with. It's people like him who make it easy for me to skip past multiple locations and drive 17 miles to be serviced by this particular location. I enjoy coming to this location. Jason, the GM goes above and beyond. I am so impressed with the service I receive here every time. Inside, the location is also much cleaner than other locations I have visited. There is always fresh coffee and I just HAD to sneak a picture of the board they have. "Open the door for guests. Use their names not cars. Etc" This is how management should be striving to be in every location! This alone would make me want to come back. Today I dealt with Fransisco (Frank), and he was lovely, too. He rotated my tires in a timely fashion, was pleasant through the interaction, and opened every door for me. Proceed with flexibility if you are coming to get your state inspection done on a Saturday. I've now come here TWICE during different times of the year to get an inspection done on mine or my spouse's car, only to be told that the inspector wasn't in today. Booo! Who has time or the desire to get their car inspected on a weekday?! Not me. This is really disappointing because in the past an inspection on the weekend hasn't been a problem to my recollection. Went there to get my inspection done, the kid said that he couldn't connect to my obd2. Telling me it needs to be fixed before he can do the inspection. The real problem is that the obd2 is loos and you really need to get up in there and make sure it's fully connects. I didn't want to waist my time with a whole bunch of kids because they all look younger then 20. I ended up going to the jiffy lube 45 and 35 they where able to get it connected right and did my inspection no problem. read more

We wanted to give Jiffy Lube in Pflugerville on wells branch a shot hoping they do the right thing for her. I had been a customer at another locations and had good experience. I ask her to call first and verified the price on the oil change prior to going there. Tell them what kind of car you drive and tell them that you want synthetic oil just in case you go over the mileage intervals it will not hurt the engine. She came back with an estimate of $59.99 for her VW Jetta i told her that sounds good go get it service. The rep over the phone said come on in we are not that busy. She went for the $59.99 oil change and got back with a charge of $116.00 WOW i asked her why did you pay that much you should gone somewhere else. She said Dad they drained my oil and i was stuck. And just pay for it. I wanted an explanation about this and i called them the team leader said i apologized for any confusion but we have 3 new guys and we are training them, They are still learning the prices of the oil changes. ( why do you have new guys that do not know the prices answering the phones ) He said i will not be able to help you with anything you will need to contact our store manager Josh. But was apologetic about it he said i was not the first customer that complain about it. All i asked was a credit on my account or a oil change coupon for next service. Let me tell you i called Josh and all he keep saying was well here at this location our synthetic oil change has always been $89.99 i do not know where you got that price from . there is a new location in town and they have it for $59.99. Ryan and his staff decide the I the African American Male who was first in line in front of the Caucasian American female deserved to have his car service second and decided to do her inspection first before mine. The nice lady pointed the mistake out to the service technician who told her it was fine. Well it wasn't fine with me nor any of the other customers that witnessed this as well. When I brought this to the attention of Ryan the manager he was very dismissive and he and the technicians joked and laughed between themselves. I would recommend that you avoid the business with a 40 foot pole. Jiffy Lube should service cars in the order that they line up . We were both there for a simple annual inspection. There is no justification for this. One of the technicians said that he had told her to pull to the back and they would take care of her and that happened right before I got in line. But if the line starts in the rear of the store she was not inline before me. You service the vehicle in order of them lining up period. Please take you business elsewhere. read more

The men and women here are very nice, a little slow compared to times quoted (they were also kinda busy) but they get the job done. It's a convenient location and the same faces are always there, which is comforting for me. I came in to get reinspected and they weren't as busy as they were during my previous visit. Well, I have been coming here for years and now I am hopping mad. On December 29, I went in for just an oil change. $43.99. But I was also charged for a tire rotation (an additional $24.99). I pointed out the "mistake" and I was met with confusion about it and told that no one on site could help me fix it. I was prepared to drive away and just leave a terse review, but then one of the men stopped me and said that he could fix it, and it would be easy. I repeated the story about the over charge and he went to his computer and ... did something. He tells me that the over charge will reappear in my account in the next 7-10 business days. Really? It takes two weeks to fix a problem that only takes two minutes to start? Fine. That is apparently how computers pass money back and forth. EXCEPT: The next day I find out that I have been charged $24.99 AGAIN. We are up to...let's see..$93.97 for a $44 oil change. That was eleven business days ago. I left feedback in the survey they sent me, along with a good time to call to clear the matter up. I want my $49.98 back! Maybe it was an honest over-sight. The gentlemen who attended to my car were...professional enough, I guess. I will be honest. I don't blame them at all. This is clearly a problem with either management or training. COVID has been hard on everyone and I know that it is difficult to do all that needs to happen under the circumstances that we are living in. That said, I am myself tugging pretty hard to get my ends to meet, or at least not end each month too far apart. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future, and I will encourage my friends and family to do the same. I don't care if the staff isn't wearing masks. I don't care if they try and upsell me on things I don't really need, or are a little too casual with how they speak around me. I've been coming here for years with all our family's cars. Probably over 50 visits over the years for oil changes and inspections. They do seem to have a lot of change in staff, and it's usually young guys, but I've never had a serious problem here. Only once did I have to come back to have the oil filter tightened up a little for small oil drip. Sure they do POLITELY try to up-sell sometimes, but it's usually not completely unwarranted. Once you simply say "no thanks, I'll do it myself" that's the end of it. Most importantly they have never gold digged on an inspection with me like some other shops in the area have! read more

My sister needed a state inspection and oil change on her car, so off to Jiffy Lube we went. Note: I can change the oil myself, but she opted to use Jiffy Lube for the convenience. Everything was going as usual with the check in, so I went to wait for her in my car. She texted me to talk to the mechanic. "The car is at 60k miles; it's time to change the transmission fluids. That's $140." "No thanks." "The rear wheel differential fluids need to be changed. That's another 79.99." "Um.......... what?" "The rear wheel differential fluids. I'll change the fluids and knock off $30." "No Thanks. We're leaving now." My sister's car is front wheel drive. It doesn't have rear wheel differential. They were trying to sell her a service that her car doesn't even have the parts for. They might be one of those places that doesn't believe in draining out the old oil completely before changing it either. I didn't ask about that so I'm not 100% sure that they are shady and incompetent. They're just shady for the time being. read more
