Took my mom's car here on a Saturday a little after noon (a Jeep with 220k miles). For a whatever car, it's a legit place to take it! Went with Castrol GTX high mileage and had a $15 off coupon. Total was around 75 bucks and I was in and out of there in like 15-20 minutes. Not sure how they would do on a newer or enthusiast car. Just started noticing that this jiffy lube discriminate against women and take advantage of them. I've been taking my diesel truck here for a while now! I get charged $90 with a coupon. You can be stuck waiting for almost two hours to get an oil change. Something is wrong with their workflow .. I will not come back again... also their lobby smells like sewer for the past few years. They never fixed it instead they are using some very harsh chemical to mask the smell. read more

I was on my way to the desert when my husband called to let me know there was oil in garage and on the driveway. There was a Jiffy Lube was near the next exit on the freeway. We pulled in explained what was happening. Even though it was a Saturday, they were able to check out the car within 20 minutes. I had had the oil changed at another auto repair about a month ago. They said that it appeared the oil filter had been tightened too much and it cause a slow leak. There was no oil on the dip stick and they did a complete oil change and made sure the engine sounded okay when they finished. James and Janey were awesome and explained everything. A few years ago I stopped going to this Jiffy Lube. It was awful. They never checked your tires, never filled fluids, and sometimes felt like they didn't change the oil because I would be in and out in 5 mins. After this situation I did have a manager contact me and he said he was taking over and is trying to get this place back on the right footing. Great, but I still wouldn't go back. However, I decided to give it a try last week. I was very impressed. Customer service was much better. They filled everything. They even wiped my windows and vacuumed the floors. I'm not sure if it's the same manager, but I will definitely be back again and I truly hope they keep this up. Great job! read more

I had an emergency where the skid plate under my car had come loose while driving on the 91 Frwy. It was dragging under the engine and making terrible noise. I have been a regular Jiffy Lube customer at another facility near where I live and had always had excellent regular service maintenance. However, this time I was out of town and pulled into the Riverside facility to see if they could help. Anthony and Daniel were awesome and so helpful. Overall service went very well. My car is very clean inside and out, even Motor. After service, oil wasn't everywhere which is a plus for me. (Clean work) so bravo to the mechanic. What a racquet! I recieved a coupon for $15 off an oil change So I stopped by. I waited 15 mins in the pull up line just to get someone to acknowledge me. Then they don't do "stay in your car anymore" so they had me wait in the waiting room. An hour later.... to change oil, with no cars in front of me. What!? There is 5 people working here. Really. Then they wanted to charge me an additional $8.00 to top off coolant. Everywhere else I go they, top off for free. Ended up paying $88.00 after coupon for synthetic blend. I didn't have terrible service, it was fast. Everyone was nice. But the issue was AFTER I left. So a couple hours after I got my service done, I received a call from this location from a gentleman who claimed to be an employee accusing me of being disrespectful and of upsetting two staff members? Now, I work in customer service and see daily how terrible service people are treated and never would I pass that onto someone else. I was utterly confused by the call and his aggressive attitude towards me. He kept repeating, "So, what's your problem?" The crazy thing is I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. I hardly spoke to anyone while I was there besides the gentleman who directed me, and the woman who charged me out. The remainder of the time I was sitting outside reading?... My rating is due to either 1) someone there is making wild accusations and got their facts mixed up and aimlessly accused me due to his only description being a woman with a Chevy that came in around 3 or 4 and apparently caused issues with staff (which I never saw while I was there) in that case would be extremely unprofessional OR 2) my information somehow was reached by a random person and they decided to troll me (from the facility number) which in that case would be more scary. And I have a ford truck. At ford the oil change is 110 bucks. This place is real convenient next to my house. Friendly service, reasonable price and clean facilities. Reason for 4-stars (not 5) is: First come, first serve, so it could be 20 minutes or 90 minutes. They will offer to replace and install an air filter and/or cabin filter, for a price about twice what you can buy it for on Amazon and do it yourself in about 5 minutes total. Other than that, a good place to take your car for a regular oil change. On a plus side, if the wait is really long, you can pop in to Country Folks (right next door) for a bite to eat read more

Not sure why this location only has three stars. Customer service is everything and was good here! The first young man met me when I pulled in, he even opened the door for me. The manager met with me about 15 minutes after I got there. He was very informative about the different options! I couldn't afford a filter this time and he said he would clean my current one up a bit so I can hold off until the next trip. A little longer of a wait than I was told and expected and I did call first to check first to see how busy they were. So, I'd advise if you are in a rush you do the same! read more

A couple weeks after receiving awful service I was randomly sent a text to participate in a survey. During the previous two weeks, the service that I had received at Jiffy Lube La Sierra, weighed heavy on me. What I couldn't get past was the thought that we are all someone's family member. It angered me to think that someone's family member quite possibly could be the nest one to be treated the way that I was. Initially I did not do a review but when the random text message survey was sent to me I felt it was a sign that I need to speak up. To my surprise within 24 hours I received a phone call from Adrian the head manager of the La Sierra Jiffy lube. Adrian spent a decent amount of time getting all the details of my experience, was very apologetic, and invited me back, asking permission to allow him the opportunity to get it right. Needless to say, I always provide my own oil for oil changes as there's a specific brand that I prefer to use, (jiffy doesn't carry). I did however accept going back so they could clean/degrease the oil plate under the car as the employee who had helped me a couple weeks prior had said, "they had spilled and that if I saw oil dripping that's all that it was!" My thoughts were, "I'm a paying customer. I came in for a quality service, and I'm being told that if oil drips on my driveway, not to worry about it!?!" ‍ When I went back, Adrian was very gracious, and took care of me promptly. cleaning and degreasing the oil plate. I thanked Adrian for his sincerity and explained that I just want to make sure that no one ever has to experience what I did the first time. I appreciate him reaching out and encouraged him to coach his team so they understand the expectation when he's there, and when he is not there. Went in for an oil change. When I had first talked to the guy he had told me my air filter was good and they won't need to change it this time . Which makes sense because I just got it changed a few months ago. I was still charged for on the other hand and payed an extra $60 . My fault for not noticing sooner, I'm not mad at all I just had not planned on spending an extra $70 when he told me it's fine. Very nice people tho read more
