Came in first thing Saturday morning, bless them for opening at 7:00, and it was nice that all my records came up immediately. I've just moved and this was my first time at this location and only my third at a Jiffy Lube so I'm still learning all the services they provide. I keep very detailed records of the work done on my car and I knew there was a lot due, I didn't realize they could do it all. So as he was asking me if I wanted to add each service, I didn't feel pressured at all, which in itself earns five stars, but I had them added because I knew they were due. Before showing me the final cost, I saw him taking out deductions, there was one that was taken at the end, and he told me there were coupons online. They serviced my fuel system, cooling system, did the rear differential service, and of course the oil service and usual fluid and safety checks, *showed me* my air filter and it was fine. I was out and writing this review in less than one hour, paying more than $200 LESS than I expected. Tony is a rock star, I'm sorry I missed the other man's name, and now I am free to enjoy the rest of the holiday weekend. BOOYAH! I love them. That is all. read more

Do not EVER take your Jeep Wrangler soft top to this location!! They will wash your windows with window cleaner and cloths, digging the dirt into the plastic and causing damage to the plastic, making the windows have extreme glare anytime there is sun or headlights on them. Good luck fixing that!!!! Never will come back!! read more

I had a great experience here, the night before thanksgiving...I am sure they were super busy but they got me in and out super fast! Very efficient!I had a headlight out, but brought the wrong light, the main guy on duty (I think his name was George) brought me out and showed me exactly how to change it. Super friendly. I wanna start by saying that I think this is the first one star review I've ever left. This was by far the worst oil change of my life. This place used to be good but has apparently given up. I came in to get the first oil change of my new car. Mistake. They were a little busy and it took an hour and a half. When I came to get my car it was outside in the rain with the windows down. They charged me $90. They said they adjusted my tire pressure. The drivers side was 29psi. The passenger side was 39psi. Then when I got to work a coworker noticed something hanging from the front. There was a panel that has to be removed to change the oil that was hanging by one screw. This was the worse oil change of my life. read more

Having the worst luck with my car and on a tight budget, I came to jiffy lube for an oil change. Found out there were more problems with my car than I expected. George and Donna (I'll never forget how much of a trooper they were, they deserve a raise!!) fixed all the problems with my car and I didn't have to break my bank for it!! The person who explained the safety check and rang me up was a very friendly and nice guy. The reason I'm giving only 2 stars is because of the incompetent tool who checked the air in my tires as part of the service. I watched the kid checking the air and putting the valve cap back on and noticed he was more interested in what was going on outside than what he was doing. I dismissed it at the time but should have listened to the voice in my head that said he wasn't doing it right. After my oil change I went to the mall and lunch with my daughter. After lunch we were going to run more errands but my tire pressure warning lit up. My truck said the PSI for the rear drivers side tire was 11 psi. My tires were fine before I got the oil changed and they are only a month old so I knew it wasn't because of wear or anything like that. I pulled into a parking lot and checked the valve caps. The valve cap on the one tire that was flat was not put on correctly. The O ring was jammed into the valve stem which cause the air to slowly leak out. I checked all the other caps and every single one of them was put on wrong. Just a matter of time before the moisture got in or the air leaked out. So I spent 90 minutes of my birthday afternoon getting my truck to Costco to have all the tires filled and new caps put on. Needless to say, this will be the very last time I go to Jiffy Lube. I don't need this kind of incompetence when it comes to my vehicle which could cause an unsafe situation. read more

I got here and was immediately helped. The gentleman who assisted me was very polite, even opened the door for me and said that there was about a 45 minute wait. I planned my day to afford enough time for a wait, so it worked out just fine. The employees told me to help myself to the refreshments in the waiting room. It took them just about 45 minutes, and they vacuumed my car and cleaned the windshield, which I understand is standard, but my windshield had about as much dust as a 700 year old abandoned house, so I really appreciated it. Friendly, but not "men of their word". I came in for a quick oil change, fuel filter replacement and Transmission fluid service on my lunch break. The gentlemen that was helping me said that it could take anywhere from 20-45mins and that he would call my cell phone when it was ready. About an hour later i show up and the car is sitting in the lot. He tells me "sorry, but i forgot to call you, oh and we didn't change your fuel filter because the auto parts store didn't have the part." I have to go back to work, so i pay the man and leave, but up the road from Jiffy Lube is the auto parts store that they mentioned to me that supposedly didnt have my fuel filter. Curious old me takes down their number as i drive by and i decide to give them a ring. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and notified me that they had 3 different types of my fuel filter and that all were in stock... that pissed me off. After work i go over my receipt and figured out that they also skipped out on some service that was promised to me. With every "Signature Service" the technicians are supposed to clean exterior windows and vacuum interior floors, neither of which were completed on my vehicle. Stay away from these guys, they're lazy. read more

I went in to take my truck & my car for an oil change, the lady was so rude from her facial expressions to the way she talked with so much attitude, her whole demeanor was just straight rude & the man there was so disrespectful. I'm a male with a feminine name, when I told him he looked at me funny & after my oil change came up to me & asked me if I was a boy or a girl & if I was transgender. When Alysa greeted me with her mask on I felt like they were doing this right. I waited, they then guided me in. The kid directing me had no mask. In fact only 1 person had a mask on. He kept his mask on the whole time. 1 out of 6 people working in the 2 bay shop wore a mask. At the end of the Oil Change with Penzoil Gold 5W20 synthetic blend I was asked to roll my window down. I motioned for her to put her mask on. She dug it out of her pocket and put it on. Then asked for my credit card, then informed me it was $80.64 for an oil change, no zerks to grease, no vacuum, no window wash, no power steering fluid check, no other checks of any kind, just oil and filter. Holy smokes It is cheaper at the dealership. Yes it was expensive but also it was dangerous as they don't care about their health, their coworkers health and most certainly not their customers health. I will not return. Out of desperation I took my vehicle to this location....mistake. I was greeted in a timely manner at the funnel point to gain access to the shop. Once my vehicle was in their hands, I proceeded to the very tiny/stuffy standing room only waiting area. With no refreshments ie: water/coffee available. There is a Wendy's next door. When my vehicle was finished I was greeted by a very LOUD spoken lead & escorted to his computer area to finalize the service. I was appalled by his out & out bold face lie to me that the manufacturer recommendation was a synthetic blend oil.He also gave me the rundown of their inspection stating that my reverse lights were burnt out on my vehicle. Upon departure I checked my owners manual which recommends 5W-20 by the American Petroleum Institute. When I arrived home I had a family member stand at the rear of my vehicle while I put the manual transmission in reverse & the the back-up lights worked as designed. I am writing this today as I just had my oil changed today at an automotive shop & the difference of experience was night & day. The cost today was 50% less then at Jiffy Lube & the experience was 100% better. I understand that time is of the essence & oil changes are not that fun,but do yourself a favor & find some other place to get your oil changed the Jiffy Lube. read more

The people who work there seem polite at first, but once you're in the waiting room, you get to hear their conversations while working despite the glass windows and doors. I was very disappointed when I heard them bashing a customer who didn't understand how the parking line worked in the back driveway. The waiting area is very dirty and smells bad. The door to the waiting area drags on the floor making a scuffed mark. Normally I wouldn't care about that, but the lack of attention to the waiting area makes me wonder what other areas are lacking in attention such as automotive training. I feel that every time I've come here there's a push to upsell the customer. They seem to always find something that's broken like a light, which could be faked. OVERPRICED, RIP-OFF This location does the basics well, all the routine checkups no problem. But they are so basic a 16y/o girl can do them after 20 minutes of instruction. That's where their honest service stops. I pulled in for a simple oil change on a 2014 Hyundai, they then proceed to suggest that both the main and cabin air filters need to be replaced. Not thinking the worst of this place, I reluctantly go ahead with the cabin air filter because it looked pretty dirty. They charged me $50 for a cabin air filter... I then proceed to the O'reillys down the street to compare prices. I should have known.. A cabin air filter costs $12 there. A main is $14.. and that's WITH TAX... Good thing I got charged $50 for the CONVENTIONAL oil change and another $50 for the air filter. NOT! Definitely don't recommend this place, they will try to tell you your car needs way more stuff done to it than it really does, then they will sell you overpriced items. read more

The jiffy lube from hell. Two cars ahead of me and it took 1:38 minutes to get an oil change on my car that has 5100 miles on it!!!

I had a routine oil change done like I normally do at this location. The guys working said I didn't need to replace my air filter, showed me it, but failed to put it back into the car. The only reason I even found out was because they (JL) couldn't figure out how to reset the computer for scheduled maintenance and I went to another service center to get that cleared and they informed me that not only was it missing but the housing was cracked open still. No idea how this missed the technicians who's last job was the oil which was right next to the filter. Small up-check though is they stayed late to wait for a new one to show up when I informed the guys that day of the mishap. read more

I normally do the oil change myself, but was in a bind for time so came in here.... never again. They suggested a synthetic blend for replacement oil.. huh? The owner's manual specifies full synthetic 5w20... ruin my warranty? Nope. Please use the oil called for in the manual. So...after it's done, I drive home and park in the garage. Next morning, oil leak on the floor. This goes on for two days after I keep wiping it up. I open the hood, and there's oil spilled around the filler port and on the "apron" under the windshield wipers. I crawl underneath and there is oil obviously coming from the filter that they installed. It's NEVER leaked previously after my own oil changes. I drive to NAPA and buy a new filter (which I normally use), then back over to Jiffy Lube where I explain the issues and tell them to re-do the job with my filter. After it's done, the manager comes in and says, 'I've figured out why it was leaking. It wasn't the filter, you have a leaking front main seal. Come down under the car and I'll show you'. Well, this is a 2016 vehicle with about 50K miles on it, it never leaked a drop until I came here, so that's a scam, and a big fat No, I don't need to see anything under there. Just give me my car and I'm outta here, absolutely NEVER to return. I pity the poor person who doesn't know their car who has to deal with this... btw... no more leaking... read more

Got an oil change and had a mixed experience. Good: in and out in a reasonable time (50 min with wait in line) and polite service. Bad: a few blocks driving out the power steering started whining and steering was erratic between on/off power steering. When I got home I looked under the hood and saw power steering fluid overflowing from the reservoir. I decided to drain the reservoir and fill it to the correct level with regular prestone power steering fluid recommended for my vehicle. After starting it back up and no improvement I drove back (with similar on/off power steering) and wanted an explanation. They insisted they used the correct fluid and only refilled it to the right level and the problem was my completely my fault. Not able to convince them they were at fault, a drive elsewhere to a 'competent' mechanic it was drained/flushed with 'proper fluid' and back to normal operation in 15 minutes. I wasn't even told they did anything to my power steering until I went back. If you make a mistake own up to it instead of telling the customer it was their fault.... read more

Jiffy Lube tried quoting me $73 for a basic oil change on my 2004 Explorer. Never in my life have I ever been quoted this much for it and the worker refused to reason with me. He told me that I had to use synthetic oil in my 10 year old vehicle, in which I have never used! I asked for a basic oil change without synthetic oil and he refused..He even suggested that I just do it myself after I told him I could do it for $25. Worst customer service ever! read more
