Where to begin...Took my 2011 Jeep Wrangler for an oil change, paid for synthetic and watched them slop regular oil all over my motor. It smoked for 4 days from the oil spill burning off. The next day my oil light came on and I brought it right back and I also noticed oil on my rear door. They told me it was nothing, well it was something and something big. Their "expert" missed the fact that they stripped my oil plug and it was leaking. I drove over to Ellensburg and did $2,000 damage to my motor when it ran out of oil. Oh it gets better, I took it to my Jeep dealership and they found that the oil filter was not changed. they simply drained the oil and added it back in! Stay away!! I had JUST checked the oil level before bringing my car in (proper level), but they told me it was two quarts low and recommended that I buy an engine restore additive. What a scam! I give them two stars because I have had good experiences here too, but I don't really trust anybody. I usually take my car to my regular mechanic even though it costs more, takes longer, and has to be done during the week. That's how much I value maturity and trust. read more

Normally I don't frequent quick lube joints because its really a crap shoot on the type of quality and CS youre gonna get. This place is the exception. I went to Jiffy Lube this afternoon and my car got started faster than they initially expected. And it was completed sooner than expected.

I took my 92 Honda to get a oil change. When it was done they told me they had to put in another pan plug but had a hard time getting it in but did end up being successful. I drove the car a couple days later and noticed that where I parked was a lot of oil on the ground. I called and they said to bring it in. I brought it in and after about an hour and a half later they looked underneath it and told me they would replace a pan gasket. After they were doing that supposedly for a bit they started whispering and running around and then came to me and told me that someone had stripped my plug and they couldn't fix it so to call a tow truck and not drive it. I drove it about a 1/2 mile home and called my mechanic. My mechanic found that they made the hole for the plug way too big and so he had to find a oversized plug to be able to fix it, which was around 2 hours of work and I had to buy all new oil to put back in it. I paid $81 for the oil change but didn't even end up being able to use the oil from the oil change. I do not recommend this place. My $81 oil changed turned into $240 plus a day of loss wages. read more

The woman that works here is absolutely amazing. I didn't check her name but she taught me how to check my oil since I've been running my civic dry lately. She also took extra time out of her day to make sure I knew how to also check my coolant and how to refill it. In the boiling sun. She is seriously an angel. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I came here for an oil change and these guys forgot to screw in my oil filter!!! I made it a mile up the road before my car overheated. When my engine overheated it cause my radiator to burst at the seam; they said they would fix it.... Not at all in a hurry. For 1 week and 4 days I am stuck trying to find transportation down to Edmonds for work. After all of this jiffy lube decides that they do not owe me any compensation for my time and trouble, not a free oil change, not a coupon, nothing. Snohomish jiffy lube is a joke. Worst service ever. Went in asked for an oil top off and they did an oil change and tried to charge 100.00 bucks. Not the first time they have done this. Last time I looked past it and paid it. I called while my daughter was at soccer practice to see if I could get squeezed in for an oil change it was 44 min before they close and the guy on the phone said sure of course, as long as you can get here in 43 minutes! I was just on the other side of town and headed over and made it in 10min. Curtis (not the one on the phone) greeted me with a huge smile and amazing, knowledgeable service. I don't live in Snohomish but I can say they beat the hell out of Goodyear! I was a little over due on an oil change for my 2015 F-150. I usually change my own oil but I had a few minutes and decided to let someone else handle it this time. I stopped in and had to wait 20 minutes to get "checked in". During the check in I was told that the base price for my oil change would be $115.00, possibly more depending on any issues they had! $115.00!!!!! For an oil change! I know my truck uses synthetic oil but holy cow, $115 base price! They explained that it's because my truck has a skid plate that needs to be removed and because of the synthetic oil. The skid plate is 4 very easy to get to bolts right under the engine, takes maybe 2-3 minutes and a wrench, nothing complicated. The oil is not that expensive. Yes, a little more than regular oil, but not 5x the price. I politely refused and left. I drove across the street to the auto parts store and was able to pick up Mobile 1 (best brand, Jiffy was going to use Penzoil) plus a filter for $29.99. Sure it will take me a little time this weekend to do the work but I just saved a ton of money! Bottom line, I like the idea of Jiffy Lube but with prices like this, it's clearly a rip off to people lacking any automotive skills or the ability to do things themselves. No thanks! I had an excellent experience here. There was both a young lady and a young man that worked on my old car & they found everything find except that a mouse had been hauling dog food into my exhaust! They gave me some tips to discourage the little critters, cleaned out the exhaust & I had changed how I kept my dog food before this but I would have never known. They charged me no extra, checked my air filter & it was still fine, no need to change. They also found me all the discounts that they could. I hadn't been there in a while & had changed cars but they took me right in, asked what I wanted and were all very courteous & did their job well. I will go back. read more

My wife took our '13 Accord (4 cylinder) to the Jiffy Lube in Lake Stevens for its first oil change with a coupon for $25.99. They insisted it required full synthetic and charged her $86.86. I called the local Honda dealer after and they said absolutely not and charge $25.99 for LOF's. They also put the incorrect mileage on the sticker and invoice-car had 6000 miles they put 61,258. If they report to Carfax (pretty sure they do) this will show a mileage inconsistency. They also put the wrong year, make and model on the invoice. A terrible experience...will never go back. I have never been pleased with any quick lube until I moved to Snohomish and received service at Jiffy Lube. I was asked how frequently I wanted to bring it in, and the window sticker was printed accordingly. The service was fast and professional. Clean windows and all vacuumed. I was told to swing in any time for another vacuum and topping off of fluids at no charge. Later, I had a check engine light come on, and I was helped immediately even though there was a line of cars waiting. It was diagnosed right away as my gas cap not being tightened. The light was reset and I was on my way. Today, I had a headlight go out, so I purchased a replacement and couldn't get access to the headlamp by myself so I brought it in to Jiffy Lube. I've gone to this Jiffy Lube twice and both times I have been absolutely tickled pink with the service, efficiency, communication, and professionalism. I went in earlier today to get a top off on my oil and have them look at a dead headlight. Curtis was right there and greeted me. He topped off the oil and replaced the headlight and pointed out minor problems with it as to why it was acting finicky. He answered all my questions politely and was straight to the point. As a woman that is a big bonus for me as I have encountered issues in the past with mechanics that try to rip me off for things that don't even exist in a car. As I was getting ready to leave my car wouldn't start, so Curtis helped me jump my car to get it started again and it took a few tries to get it started, but we finally got it going! He is incredibly patient, kind, and professional. This Jiffy Lube will be my go to place for all future oil changes and such! To say I am impressed doesn't even begin to describe what I think of this Jiffy Lube. Fantastic work. read more

They recommended a few services (coolant top off and replacing broken wipers) and since I was apprehensive about the cost, they offered me discounts left and right without me having to ask! The manager even put Rain-x on my car, no cost, saying since he would do it for his mother or sister, he would do it for me! I felt they did a very efficient job without rushing it.
