Nice and eager to be helpful installing the donut wheel and ordering 2 new tires. They called me at 9am to say the tires were on site - as promised. Save yourself time and energy and Do Not bother bringing your car there for service. I called two days prior to ensure they could service two of my vehicles and they assured me there was no issue. When I arrived they seemed baffled by my request to have my headlights cleaned. 15 minutes later they then said they didn't have the product needed on site as they were out of it and could order it and get it in 15 -20 minutes. And lastly, rather than reducing the cost due to the inconvenience the assistant manager informed me that it would cost ME an additional $20 more per car because they needed to pass the cost of getting the product they needed for a service they provide after I called in advanced... ridiculou! read more

As soon as you get out of the car the sales pitch starts...nothing is included except a car cleaning... I came here and was the first person in line. However, 3 people after me checked out after getting the standard oil change like myself. Apparently there was miscommunciation about another car owner that was coming back later to pick up his car after he grabbed lunch. The crew thought that was my car until someone in the crew realized that it was my car and I had been in the waiting area for a long time. I was able to get in and out after that but I wasn't happy with the wait time nor the price. I am glad I had a coupon to save an extra $5 off but that is about it. read more

I apparently called the phone number for a different Jiffy Lube, because we only chose Jiffy Lube over Valvoline because it supposedly included a free car wash. Wrong. Conventional oil change is $40.99--- isn't that just crazy high? What happened to the days of $19.95 oil changes? Tire rotation is $26.something on top of that. The wait was short to get in and it didn't take long at all for our car to be serviced, but I felt misled on that point and the fact that I had to stand outside at the computer in 20-30 mph winds and cold instead of going over the items inside... and the prices... made me knock off two stars. Gonna keep shopping around until I find a place that's reasonable to get an oil change from because I'm zero for two so far in NoVa. read more

My engine light came on when I was diriving on the lawyers road. I pulled into the parking lot, started looking around the car. Joanne quickly offered help. "We are busy right now, can't take you in. But let me help you. She added 2 quarts of oil, added coolant to the car, and topped off my brake fluid. When I got back in the car, all the lights were off. I tried to offer them $10 tip, but she refused to take this tip. It's very uncommon to see businesses helping people but this particular jiffy lube genuinely want to help ppl. Maybe it's weird but I really enjoy this Jiffy Lube! It is clean (even the bathroom) and everyone is extremely nice, especially Frances, the lady who will check you out. Of course they attempt to upsell you but how would they be successful if they only sold oil changes? And they stuff they offer is important, like tire rotations and such. If you ask them if you really need it or how long you can wait they will be honest. One time a tech even told me how and where I could get the parts and do it myself (filter changes). My only complaint is how darn expensive synthetic oil is but I believe thats the same anywhere. A nice location too, plenty of places to walk to and grab a bite while you wait. read more

I popped in around 11am and didn't have to wait at all. They pulled my car in and quickly showed me my dirty air filter .. However $32 to change that? Two days ago, I brought my car in for a simple oil change. Shortly thereafter, I noticed a rattling noise every time the car stopped. The next day, on my way home from work the check engine, VSC, and TRAC OFF lights came on and my fuel gauge was dropping very quickly. I immediately dropped my car off at my regular mechanic (who I should have gone to in the first place). I told him the trouble had started after I got an oil change. He immediately asked, without me telling him, if I had taken the car to Jiffy Lube. Apparently, vacuum and air hoses were disconnected during my service at Jiffy Lube and were never reconnected. Luckily, I was able to get the problem fixed before any serious damage was done. The people here may be very friendly, but they are constantly trying to push products that are unneeded. They will do their best to convince you to purchase unnecessary services, but they don't even properly complete the services you do need. This may be one of the quickest places for an oil change, but I would rather wait longer to have a job well done. read more

I had been pushing my oil change for a bit so decided to pop into the Jiffy Lube. Besides not realizing that the only entrance was directly from maple ave, everything else was perfect! I was greeted almost immediately and shown the waiting room. It was incredibly clean and Frances was fantastic- engaging with all the customers and super polite. The service manager called me over to go over what they were doing, gave me suggestions on what should be taken care of and was never pushy on up selling me! I was in and out within 20 minutes. While they don't offer you a car wash at this particular location, they will wipe down your windows and vacuum the inside of your car. I was so impressed with this whole operation! My tires needed air and possibly had a leak. I pulled up and right away someone came up to my car asked what was wrong and said they would hook my car up and put air in the tires. So efficient and didn't even charge me. The only place to get an oil change that is in-and-out. Some places might be a little bit cheaper, but you're probably going to wait and you won't get some of the perks (i.e.: window washing, vacuum, etc.). The staff here is friendly and very efficient. It's where I go every 4,000. In response to some of the other posts, they do try to sell you on additional services. That's how they make money. When you go beyond your in-and-out oil change and start getting systems flushed, parts replaced, etc, you're going to pay a bit more than a lot of other places. I'll also say that they will sometimes embellish issues, but that's the same with every single auto repair shop anywhere. For example, at 28,000 miles they suggested that I replace my serpentine belt because there was a "crack." I looked at it and the crack was absolutely miniscule, but they were correct to say that it could lead to the belt breaking. The issue is that they leave out the word "eventually" when they tell you that it will lead to a break in the belt. I'm at 85,000 miles now and the belt is still going strong. read more

This was my second time going to this Jiffy Lube and it was quick, efficient and friendly. There was a waiting room with 4 other people and I think I waited 15 minutes at most. The gentleman who took my car keys made sure I watched my step because of the water on the ground, told his colleagues whose backs were toward us a customer was coming through. As compared to the many other Jiffy Lubes I've been at over the years as it's my car maintenance provider of choice - I found their service to be efficient and friendly and their garage capacity to be good with three slots. Their entrance is a bit weird and you have to be careful with which direction you come in from. I also found they tried to upsell a bit too hard compared with your standard Jiffy Lube upsell and I believe they incorrectly applied a discount I had. read more

Joanna should be recognized for running such a great team. I wish I had more people I report to at work who knew their business and could motivate folks to work so efficiently. Thomas Schawalder the Regional Manager responded to my negative review on Yelp a month ago. I emailed him per his request with no reply back. After almost another month waiting on Thomas he finally replied back after I sent another email. Now Jan 3rd 2018 still getting the run-arounds. Its a complete waste of time dealing with this company. Damage cost to my car at $3800 for Volkswagen to repair it. Don the manager of the Vienna Jiffy Lube agreed to everything thing that Vienna location damaged on my car until he had "Thomas" Regional Manager get involved and started telling another story. I typically go to the Valvoline in Fairfax, but I needed to get my oil changed during lunch. I did let them know I was in a hurry, and they moved very efficiently. I have a new car and typically just get the same oil every time when I go to Valvoline, and they know not to try and sell me any additional services. The woman at Jiffy Lube ran through the services very quickly, but she didn't try to sell me anything additional when I told her I would just like my oil changed. She ran through it very quickly and selected the signature service synthetic oil - which came out to $110. I typically have a total of $40 at Valvoline and I trust they are not pulling a fast one on me. They were extremely sneaky and not up front, I will not be returning to this location or to another Jiffy Lube - from now on I will stick with Valvoline. read more
