While I was waiting, the front desk lady asked me to do something, so I politely asked her to clarify. Instead of explaining, the doctor suddenly walked in with an attitude, told me "don't tell my employee what to do" -- without even knowing what was going on. On top of that, the front desk lady then denied ever telling me to make a phone call to get information, even though she had just asked me to.
