I absolutely hate Chase Bank! The employees are rude and snotty. They tell people who are in line…read moreafter you and they just give you dirty glares. It took over 30 minutes for me to get waited on one time. All they care about is making their money and they could care less about their customers. They have also taken money from several people i know. Don't trust these greedy people and try any other bank instead!

I took my returns here with my significant other and my…read moreone year old daughter and had my tax forms ripped and thrown at me only because I asked questions about how we could get the best returns regarding claiming the children, head of household, etc. I was cursed at and told to leave and literally pushed out of the office. This man is unstable. Please take your business elsewhere.
