He's correct on meeting with my ex & I the week PRIOR but this was the next week & I know for a fact there were updates & I'm new to the judicial system, especially the juvenile side so I had questions about that too. He nearly sabotaged my son's 2nd hearing by bringing up an evaluation that could be used AGAINST my son! Since he prefers written communication, I fired him through email & text. When I didn't hear back from him, I emailed & texted asking if he could verify that he received my messages that I no longer needed his services he replied "Yes, now go away." When I hired him he said he is blunt. This is not blunt, this is just plain rude. I never write reviews but I don't want others to make the costly mistake I made.

Also I have assault and harassment against the father of my child, and the opposing lawyer tried to downplay that. It doesn't make sense after investing $2,000 as a retainer free - yet my lawyer has no idea about my serious situation. Also, the only reason why I even chose this law firm was because his assistant who is also his wife, said it's possible to have a modification of custody and child support at the same time because she's done it before. Turns out that was a tactic to win me as a client. Also, the only time she ever called me was to collect payments. She apologized and agreed the support was too high, but did nothing about it. I contacted Biebas and Riley Attorneys at law for help getting an ODL. I told them I had set up a court date and they said not to worry about it. I then get a letter in the mail stating that my LICENSE IS SUSPENDED FOR A YEAR. This is because I didnt't go to the court date, which I was told not to worry about. They then went to the judge to appeal it, this has been a nightmare. It's very stressful thinking you won't be able to drive for a year. I signed a document that I should not have signed and I hired an attorney that I should not have hired. Since October 2023, my kids have cried to psychiatrist doctors and CPS workers that my ex-husband has been touching them and physically abusing them, so when I reach back out to Mrs Biebas, she said that there was nothing she could do until it has been one year since the divorce. It made no sense to me that she was making me wait one year when my kids need help right now. So I reached out to another attorney to see if he could help but he ended up being just as bad. I reached out again to Miss Biebas to see if she could help me since she told me to wait a year and it's already been a year, but out of pettiness since I decided to reach out to another lawyer, they are refusing to help.
