    They did service on my Buick. Ending up stripping my lug nuts on all of my tires and was unable to get tires off. Very disappointed.

The finance department on the other hand was extremely brutal. I initially had warranty added for an additional cost. I decided a day or two later that I did not want the warranty. I took the time to go back in person to remove the warranty, and the finance manager was very confrontational. He continuously tried to talk me out of removing the warranty with no explanation. I quickly realized the only reason he did not want me to remove the warranty was because he didn't want to lose money on my sale. After about 30 minutes to an hour of arguing with him about removing the warranty he finally pulled out the warranty cancellation forms begrudgingly. He did not fill out the cancellation form properly. He told me that he would take the forms over to the accounting department immediately and get the additional costs removed from my SETF balance. He told me it would take about 6-8 weeks. I understood and monitored my account. 8 weeks had passed and I saw no change on my remaining balance. I called after 8 weeks to get an update and was met with the same attitude from the same finance manager. I told him it had been over the 8 weeks he had told me it would take to remove the additional costs. Instead of being apologetic, he went straight back to asking me why I wanted the warranty removed. He told me he would look into it. Another month went by and no change to my remaining balance. I called again. Same story. This went on with the same finance manager for 6 months. I finally had enough of this back and forth in May. I had to get in touch with the Business manager Ronnie Suber. She promptly got the documentation over to accounting. I finally saw the balance get removed in June... 6 MONTHS LATER! That is 24 weeks from when I was told 6-8 weeks. This is completely unacceptable. 3x the amount of time it should have taken to get this balance removed. The finance manager was more concerned about making money off the sale than having a happy customer. I would not refer any of my family or friends to shop here out of fear they would have the same treatment. If I want another Toyota I will not be returning to this place.

    After seeing that this dealership had the used car I was looking for, I called and spoke with a…read moresalesperson named Tristan. I explained that I felt the car was overpriced because I had been comparing it with several others. She told me I could come in to try to negotiate. When I arrived, there were three salespeople standing outside. One asked if she could help me, and I told her I had just called ahead. She took me into her office; however, she never offered her name. She took my information and then disappeared twice for extended periods of time. She asked if I wanted to complete a credit application to see if I qualified. I explained that I wanted to see the car first. She eventually brought the car around, opened the door, and asked what I thought. She did not offer a test drive--I had to ask. , She said I could only drive it to the dead end because the car had not yet been detailed. When I returned, I told her I did like the car but once again explained that it was overpriced and that I had $5,000 in cash. She said she would need to speak with her sales manager. When she returned, she told me that he wanted to speak with me directly. When I went into his office, he sarcastically asked if I was "trying to get a car with an engine," and another sales representative laughed. I again explained that the vehicle was overpriced due to its excessive mileage (233,000 miles). He asked if I wanted to finance, which I clearly stated was an absolute no. He then looked up the car and said it was coming up at $4,600, but with taxes the total would be $5,500. Once again, I explained that I only had $5,000. As a result, the dealership lost a deal over $500. Combined with the unprofessional behavior and overall experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution.

    Service department I feel is very exceptional…read more Before my Subaru, I owned a Ford. With Ford it was impossible to make an appointment; and they had my car all day to do a simple oil change and inspection. When I called McDaniels, they told me I didn't need an appointment and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and sent me a VIDEO inspecting my car, so I know it was done right. (They also had MUCH BETTER snacks in the waiting room) With my fiancées Nissan, called made an appointment at a Nissan dealership. Was waiting 6+ hours (on my day off) for an oil change and CVT fluid service. When they were done I asked for the inspection report and they said the technician DID NOT inspect the car, and the air filter was FILTHY. (I ended up just replacing that myself.) At Subaru my service advisor Peyton was very nice and prompt. The service manager (whose name I forgot) was also exceptional and took time to talk about what he recommended for my car, even though it was a busy day. I have full confidence in the department, and honestly I don't mind paying a little more for the peace of mind knowing my vehicle is running great. The complimentary wash is pretty sweet too. Would 100% recommend.

There was some kind of mix-up and it took them 7 hours after my appt. before they even looked at my car. I understand that things happen but when I arrived to pick it up and asked what happened, Matt Nattier, the service manager was extremely rude, aggressive and inappropriate. He was very unprofessional, threatening, and this was the lowest level of customer service I have ever experienced. Do not bring a car here or buy a vehicle here until he has moved on.
