They have winterized my cabin for a few years and been great. Show up when scheduled and did…read moreeverything correct. This last time they didn't disconnect the washing machine which led to the plastic part with the hose on it to crack over the winter. When I called to discuss they told me it was not there job to remove the hoses but mine. I've never done that before but they were adamant my fault. Not interested in me paying for the part and they doing the labor to fix. So, a repair later the washing machine works but I won't call SCR again.
