When they called they quoted us $800 and change for... get this... 4 new rotors, 4 calipers and front and back brake pads!!! We just had the brakes done about 16 months ago and only use the vehicle for light driving in town. We also just had the car inspected 2 months ago so there was no way all that work needed doing!! We told them no, we'll be in to pick it up. AND THEN, when I went in to pick it up, they charged me $137.00 because they took the brakes apart and had to put them back together, without our consent mind you, and now the scrapping noise is even worse! I've NEVER had a request for a brake inspection where they took them completely apart and especially all of them over a minor scrapping noise from one brake!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! They are scammers!

Worked my way from Glace Bay to Sydney trying all the service centers along the way to get 4 big…read more20in truck tires off my chrome rims and 4 new Toyo tires mounted and balanced....no luck until I reached Mr. Tire on Prince Street...those guys got me in right away even helped lift the tires and rims out and in the truck and 30 minutes later the rims with the new tires were mounted,balanced and ready to go...reasonable price too. From now on,I'll just go straight to Mr Tire and skip all the stops at all the other tire centers along the way. There was one tire place on Victoria Rd that refused to mount the tires because the tires were not purchased there!! When I called the dealership the salesperson was amused. They stated they had no new vehicles available and would not for some time. I am uncertain why a business cannot keep a website updated. It's 2022, the internet has been around for more than 20 years. Is there some sort of sinister reason they are showing vehicles available? As I write this review the website has 13 new vehicles available, but when I drove past today it didn't appear that any new vehicles were available.

I decided to walk to the mall nearby and they offered to drive me there. I walked because it is very close. The truck was ready in the time that they told me, and washed.
