They breached our verbal agreement by agreeing to services they failed to deliver. Secondly w/ equipment they used (riding mower) broke sprinklers, broken fence board, broken brick, failed to take instructions in regards to lawn waste they dump anywhere they felt necessary . Matt Jorge the owner is not only rude but very unprofessional. . He had Agreed to come out and make the repairs and recanted and eventually abandoned the damages and filed a complaint against me for $300 . I have now open a compliant and investigation with CSLB for breach of contact , misrepresentation, abandonment . His wife had explained the reason why they haven't showed up was due to employee problems and had to terminate a few individuals because they would initially not show to work or cause damage to equipment or property so they can be terminated and collect unemployment. They have failed numerous times to attempt to mitigate this issue and correct the problem and damages they caused yet continue to attempt to collect payment for services they failed to deliver upon by not being able to access my property . They have caused more extensive damage to my property exceeding over $1000.00 and failed to finish and repair items due to their negligence and careless actions . Per my attorney I have numerous causes of action which will be outlined in a formal complaint. My recommendation would be do your research first before hiring this jack who careless less of what damages they caused and values the all might dollar. No integrity or professionalism!

(This was a clear out of plants, pots, some soil and other items). I felt the value with Martinez was satisfactory, and his attention to detail outstanding. For example, by the time he left, all was as I had directed, the common areas he had to traverse with the clippings and items he was removing for us were so clean, you couldn't tell that he had been there. We plan to have him back to do the planting and restoration when the time comes.

After his normal business hours, he still made time to come over and help me out. Not only did he order the parts for me at a deep discount, but instead of just knocking the job out himself, he patiently walked me through the entire process step by step. He showed me exactly how to do it so I could handle it myself should the need ever come up in the future. What really stood out, though, was what a genuinely kind and sincere person he is. From my brief interaction with him, he seems to be a true family man. He lit up talking about his kids and how important it is to him to put them through good schools and give them the best opportunity in life he can.
