We had pulled into Tire Works (also great people there) large lot and were doing some of our own diagnosing. We are above average handy, but determined that we needed a professional with the right tools and skills. Jack was on call. It was already fairly late in the day so we made arrangements to meet at their Kingman yard on Sunday morning. Our truck was drivable, but misfiring. To reduce the risk of more damage, Jack spoke with Tim (the owner) and arranged that Tim would, on his way home from dinner, pick up our loaded car hauler and take it to their locked yard for overnight storage. Later that night Jack called to confirm the trailer had been safely moved. Sunday morning we arrived at the yard to meet Jack. Our trailer was safely there. We were about 250 miles into a 1,000 mile trip and Jack went the extra mile to diagnose the issue. Will was also there assisting as he could. I ordered in pizza to keep us all fed and productive. Ultimately Jack diagnosed a not fully failed but badly acting injector. It was hiding behind some also-bad wiring. My buddy opted to have a family member come back out the next day and haul him home where he would fix it himself. I made other arrangements to carry on with my car we were hauling. The whole time the guys at Dynamic - Jack, Tim, Will, Carlos, Jackson, and a few others who I am sorry I don't remember names, were friendly and helpful. I had strained my back a few days earlier and they even helped unload and load a few moderately heavy items onto the replacement ride. They understood that were were in a bind, went the extra mile, and billed very fairly.

They said yes to both and they could have a service tech leave in the next ten minutes! Wow! Tony arrived in just a few minutes and got to work to find the leak. It wasn't coming from any of the "usual" places, so he kept looking further. He discovered that the seal on the radiator cap wasn't good and allowing coolant to blow by. The radiator fan was blowing the water all over the place. He handed me the old cap and suggested a store to go get one. Since I'm capable of that, I gladly paid the bill for 90 minutes of his time and replaced it myself. All is good and no more leaks. I appreciate the very quick response, the "stick to it" attitude by Tony, and the honesty when he figured out what it was. For that, only five stars will do and I'll call this company again in the future..
