We were not acknowledged after walking in we stood there for 10 minutes, there was not even a "hello be right with you". The server VICKY proceeded to cash out 2 tables before even handing us a menu. Mind you she would not look or talk to me (I'm used to people not being the nicest to me in this area because I am a person of color) regardless she through our menus at us and walked away. Another young man came and took our order. He counted out the cash we had to pay and VICKY through the tip we had for the server back at us. By this point it's been 30mins. I walk outside and waited in the car because I was getting very upset. We ended up asking how much longer on our food and were told another 25mins. ( breakfast burrito,and sandwich) we waited for a full hour. Not only did we wait for an hour, our food was wrong, the server was rude, and she dropped a whole table worth of plates next to another table with kids. Other patrons and I had the same conversation of this woman must be drunk because her attitude and behavior was getting worse and worse.

As a waitress here, I believe this is the best restaurant to eat at. It's a small restaurant and we…read morebelieve in customer service. The decor is rustic, and we always have good old country throwback music playing softly in the background. As for the food, the manager of the restaurant takes good care of even her workers, offering them food and drinks to keep them going through the day. I would always come here (before I worked here) and get a waffle or burrito, and to this day,y I would say that our chile verde burrito is unmatched!
