I would assume based off our interactions he's probably a great lawyer for anything other than libel / defamation. I would encourage him (and all lawyers) to stop future - telling in the phone calls, he's unintentionally denied my right to even take legal action. Stating "a judge is not going to..." like how does he know??? Obviously, it's his choice to deny representation but still failed to understand that marketing is partially a numbers game and a defamed character cannot try to do business with someone already assuming the worst of them... and assumption made based off false statements published to a third party with reckless disregard for the truth. There's proof of malicious / negligent intentions. The case meets the criteria needed. His strategy is just super fixed on witness stating they would have done business with me but won't now. But since my name was exposed negatively before I got a chance to do my work, there's no telling. That's why damages can only be calculated by law of averages alone.
