Jimmy Johns is about 2 blocks from the place that I work. I can always get in and out super quickly and the people taking orders and delivering food are always nice. They also deliver. I can get a cheap $5 sandwich and be full and satisfied. i know their whole philosophy is simple and easy, but I really wish they would offer more sides. I am not a chip person unless I am really in the mood. They do a customer appreciation day where they give sandwiches out for a buck. Not a bad deal. I was able to go on my lunch break and still have enough time to eat. read more

Sat in line at the drive thru by myself for 30 minutes nobody came to the window they were very rude and then got home wrong sandwich. The service has goon way downhill different people working there every time I've gone there. I won't be back ! read more

Only two people working and the sandwich maker was in no hurry at all. No receipt was offered and the lady went back to the drive thru window so we took the top one...we did not realize this was for her to know the order so instead of just reprint or asking us she went over to the other lady and complained about it and they both made comments. Simply could have asked us or reprinted it instead of the side talking. We did go and offer it back after we realized we accidentally took it and she said she could just reprint it so it was fine. The service here is not bad but the food and delivery times are the worst. The gentleman who answered the phone was polite and kept saying the delivery driver had five deliveries and probably the reason it had not been delivered yet. Order delivery, 50 minutes after expected delivery time husband went to pick up order still sitting at the store. Asked for a refund on delivery charge & tip and were informed they could not do that. After 4 emails to customer service and 1 fb post 5 days later finally heard from the area manager. They refunded the whole ticket but it should not have had to go that far. Placed a pick up order. Went to pick up the order at the time I selected in the app. When I got to the location the door was locked and the staff was standing around talking. Eventually the girl talked to me through the drive though to tell me they hadn't start my order and to go through the drive through to get my order. After we got home we notice that 3 out of the 4 drinks were wrong, 1 sandwich was not made correctly and we had an item missing from the order. read more

Decided to visit Jimmy Johns for lunch today very excited to try this location out because this my first time to Bellevue and left very disappointed after I left with the rude rushing staff. Then I arrived at work with my sandwich to open it and see something completely different than I ordered and went to check if I had a receipt and it wasn't even there either nor any napkins in my sandwich they ended up making me some sort of pork sandwich. I called Immediately because I was very disappointed one I couldn't eat my lunch and two I was treated very rudely over the phone and in person. I haven't had a Jimmy John's in about 5 years because it was so horrible last time..same location. It was dirty then..and its dirty now. There was nobody in drive thru so I figured give it another shot,it should be quick and I was in a hurry. I aced my order,drove around...nobody at the window..saw a girl rolling out dough on side counter...nobody coming to window..waited another minute..someone mustve told her to hop on window because she looked preturbed and pissy. At that point I watched to see if she was going to wash her hands or put on gloves to take my card and use register...NOPE...she ran my card,gave it back and gave me my bag. I purposely sat there to see if she was going to wash her hands before going back to rolling dough...another big NOPE!!!! No gloves...no washing hands..touching raw dough. Ugh...and whole freaking sandwich goes right in the trash. Can't imagine how unsanitary that whole place must be. Anyways,just a heads up for everyone that waits in a long frkn line at lunch time every day! Gross! read more

This is the slowest Jimmy Johns I have ever experienced. No sense of hustle. They all seem to not care for their jobs and dont care about the customer experience. I love these sandwiches...I do. They are great, priced decently enough and damn it I like them. But the part that kills this place for me, and specifically this location, is that fact that they suddenly "rezoned" their delivery district and dropped me off their district. The part that irks me is that it literally stops across the street from me! And if that wasn't enough when I asked which location would deliver to me they responded, "Well...you can still pick up a sandwich from us." Screw that!! I want what is advertised! The reason why I am giving this place a 1 star is due to the fact I am about a mile and half up the street and they won't deliver because I am on the north side of corn husker road. I wish I could give this place a 0. After a long day my son who is 18 and I came through the drive through at 8:15pm on a Tuesday night. Just got our of urgent care down the road. I ordered him a BLT and a I ordered A turkey slim sandwich add provalone. I said I would also like vinegar on both of those. She told me, "I can on the BLT but not on the slim". I said, I would like it so just charge me extra. She said, "there isn't a button for that". Just being totally rude. Then I got the sandwiches, looked at mine and it was plain meat and cheese. I went back up there and went inside. I told her I didn't want it because it always comes with lettuce tomato and mayo. How was I going to eat the dry sandwich, seriously?! She said ok I'll delete your card payment, then ran it through again. She said, oh you can just keep the sandwich, I'm going to throw it away anyways. Worst customer service ever. The sandwiches are great, but we've had a couple bad encounters with the JJ employees. Last time we tried to order for delivery, they said they did not and never had delivered to our address. They did, of course, and per the above review they revamped their delivery area. Did they explain that? No. An employee hung out the take out window yelling "Liar" at us when we said that yes, you did deliver previously. Another time my husband was mocked for his size. Very unprofessional staff. We won't go there again. It's worth the drive to the Twin Creeks location. read more
