In that time, another person came into the store, grabbed a few items, and stood at the register for that same full ten minutes I waited for my sandwich. Numerous employees working around, one even said hi to her, and nobody asked to help her. I was then asked a second time if I needed help and said I was waiting for my food. The other customer, still ignored. It was awkward for both of us. Finally, when my sandwich was done, they rang me out before she was rung out, and a second employee came to ring her out, and employee who walked past her numerous times while we stood there. Just a very strange customer service experience. They have a lot of room to improve in this area. Whether they were waiting on a charter flight or this is a regular Wednesday gathering, the place had a fun atmosphere. If you don't want it say you don't want it or just tell them what you want. They are still going to ask. This is a point they need to hit and are food service workers, just be nice. Next, their sides are small. Any side choice you get with your sandwich is going to be tiny. This is for sure worth a lower rating on my review but once again, just know this going in. It even feels like somehow the bag of Lays they offer as a choice is smaller than a normal single serving bag of Lays original. Like I said, I have been coming here for years off and on when the mood strikes. The food quality has stayed the same. If this is a concern for you seeing the pretty low rating. The rating is 100% based around serving speeds and portion sizes. I normally get the Hell's Kitchen or the Chicken Salad with Cajun sauce. I have also gotten the Italian before. This was overall a perfect meal for me for lunch and it kept me going until dinner. This won't be the best deli style sandwich place in the world but it is pretty damn good for Broomfield, CO.

This location has been consistently great for us on Saturdays during late spring/early summer after our hike and one cannot beat a free soft serve or four.
