This place has great vibes, it smells wonderful the workers are very nice always ask about your day. All of the sandwiches are great try the no.7 east coast Italian it is great. The chips are great and the bread is nice too. Way better with subway. It tastes like heaven in your mouth. read more

I arrive at 2:15p, no cars in the parking lot and no customers on the shop. Unfriendly female employee told me to park my truck and trailer elsewhere claiming I was blocking the drive thru when I parked well away from the drive thru with space for two cars or even another RV to go through the drive through. She just made a claim from the door that I was blocking the lane without inspection. Then said it didn't matter if the drive thru was clear, I couldn't park there. I went to the nearby subway instead; they were super friendly and made a great sandwich. I thought I would give a more updated review about something that actually had to do with this restaurant. I've been to a lot of Jimmy John's and there's nothing wrong with this one. My sandwiches have been yummy and the people have all super friendly every time I've come in. The dining room is pretty clean...the music is a tad loud for me, but that's pretty true of all places. I've only ever walked in to eat, so I can't say anything about delivery or online ordering. read more

Tried ordering back sandwich again this evening at 8:30pm before they closed. Well I tried calling to check on the order and no one answers, no message of my delivery. This is the second time this week this has been an issue. I've had Jimmy Johns sandwich's all over the states and this is truly the worst of them all. Average sandwiches but very poor service. Most times they don't even ask what you would like on your sandwich or what type of bread you would prefer. I requested a side of mustard which was free however the employees told me that they can't give me mustard and looked at me blankly and like I was asking them to do something extraordinary. I have ordered food from here for delivery five times and today they say they don't deliver here even know they have every other time. They say they don't go that far even though I'm before the mall which they say is the farthest they go. Terrible, terrible service. I ordered a turkey provolone and avocado sandwich. When ordering in the past they put plenty of Avocado on the sandwich. This time I didn't notice any after two bites. It tasted totally different. I saved The rest and brought it back to the restaurant asking if they could replace it. The manager told me "no I'm sorry because you took a couple bites there's nothing I can do."I promptly said "of course you can." But he did not. I said you've lost business today, And you will lose a lot more. I've never been to a restaurant in my life where they have not replaced something that was not done right. There was barely any avocado on the sandwich and he had to peel open the cheese to show me what looked like a couple of pieces of lettuce only saying it's right there.
