So scrunchky. Got a turkey tom tonight plus cucumbers. They added cucumbers but no tom and literally 2 slices of super thin turkey. Plus they gave my order to the car in front of me and had to remake it so I guarantee that person isn't happy. Won't be back. Wish we had a Jersey Mike's. read more

Meeehhhhh nothing special. At all. It's a sandwich. The bread is heavy. Nothing was wrong, it's just not a great sandwich.

They use so much less meat in their sandwiches than any other Jimmy John's I have ever been to. Would not recommend at all.

Complete lack of proper training here. Before I ordered, the two people in front of me had to remind the cashier to give them their drink cups they ordered. So did I. It seemed like utter confusion occurred on the sandwich line after I ordered, because it took 15 minutes to generate 4 sandwiches (mine and those who ordered ahead of me) and one was wrong. Two other sandwiches were also made that no one in the store seemed to have ordered. Need to have a serious retraining of the whole store here. Freaky, yes. Fast? Not so much. I have ordered from this Jimmy John's on multiple occasions. The drivers are not very friendly but that's fine. Today when I ordered, it was delivered incomplete. I called immediately and was told they would be on their way. After 30 minutes without delivery I called back and found out the missing item had not been sent and would be sent then. After 15 minutes (and way past my lunch break) I called again to cancel the chips and asked for a refund on the chips and the gratuity for the order. The manager was very rude and said the chips were on their way, and that he couldn't refund it because he'd have to void the whole order (which he should have done anyway because they screwed up). It seems like this is the kind of behavior and level of service that one gets in a town that only has one delivery option- but I personally won't be ordering from Jimmy John's again. read more

This was our second time ordering delivery at this location, and the second time they got our orders wrong. Neither sub had our names on it, which I had given because they were different orders. I ordered and paid extra for bacon on my sandwich, and they forgot the bacon. Contacted customer support and they said there's nothing they can do because this restaurant is independently own. Not sure if this has happened to anyone else but I was there the other day while 3 employees where going on about they're business, I was standing in front of the register for at least 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged me, like I was invisible so just walked out, I guess it was like I was never there! One thing is for sure I'll never go there again. read more

I love Jimmy Johns, but this is by far the best location I've been to. The staff is courteous and friendly. The management is amazing. The gentleman was so helpful, offering a box to carry our purchases and holding the door. We have been treated good each and every visit. Freakishly slow., came in at 1pm and they were out of bread. All of the tables were dirty and when we asked one to be cleaned they seemed pained. I don't expect much but bread and a clean table are a must at a sandwich place. Maybe poor management or absentee ownership but I'll try someplace else in town next time. read more

Exactly what I would expect. We always order for delivery. Everyone is always polite, and the food is always the same.

You know, the food was fine. Nothing special but what I expected when I decided to eat there. And if I hadn't had to use the restroom, there would have been no problem. I was there for lunch, so it was early afternoon but the trash can was literally overflowing with paper towels. The room smelled bad. And there was no toilet paper. I hope I didn't plug their pipes by using a paper towel, but I had no choice. I told one of the girls at the counter there was no toilet paper and she actually said, "Oh, that's ok." I think she realized she had misspoken, and said she'd tell someone. But the fact that the trash hadn't been emptied and the toilet paper hadn't been checked, and the smell in the room makes me wonder how clean the food prep areas are. read more

I ordered a sandwich from them, a roast beef and provolone, no lettuce, onion and tomato. They left off the cheese and put a metric crap-ton of lettuce on top of the thing. My brother and I called because they messed up his sandwich too, and we told them the order. They said they would fix it and send us some free stuff with it. The sandwiches come and my sandwich still had a metric crap-ton of lettuce, after we told them the correct order AGAIN, and the lettuce was soaking wet as if it wasn't drained at all. I am never buying from this store again, this is ridiculous that they cannot understand a simple order. Just because it is late at night doesn't mean you shouldn't do your bloody job right. Horrible establishment, Jimmy John's as a franchise has never had the most amazing sandwiches, but this was just abominable. read more

I usually like JJ's but today was pretty dumb. I called in at 11:40 placed an order the person on the phone confirmed they can deliver to my house, I wait and wait. Nobody comes by 1:00 I call and ask what is going on and they tell me they never sent the order out because they don't deliver to my location.. WOW seriously thanks a lot I wait over an hour and now don't get lunch at all. Always messing up delivery orders. Last time it was they gave me a medium water instead of a large sprite, this time they took forever to get my food to me which would've been fine if they didn't completely forget the chips I had already paid for.
