We went to jimmy John's in Franklin TN today for lunch. First they messed up our order and then when we opened the sandwich it literally had one shaved slice of turkey for a 20.00 sandwich. I brought it to their attention and was told that's a serving at that point I wasn't going to pay over $20.00 for a bread sandwich so now im waiting for a $32.00 credit to be applied to my credit card. Also I forgot to mention I had a birthday reward but it didn't show up and their response was check the app. Needless to say we will nolonger go to a Jimmy John's anymore and I think corporate needs to check this location out. read more

Something significant has changed here. Usually great sandwiches but now, two pieces of bread with 1/3 the meat you once got. $22 for 2 sandwiches of what is mostly stale bread and very little accompaniments. Jimmy John needs to do better. I ordered a giant number nine and asked for them to cut it in half and if they could toast 1/2 of it and the other half leave alone. They told me they could not do that unless I ordered two separate sandwiches And by doing that it increased the price by about $.40 cents. This is absolutely ridiculous. I tried to tell them I've never had one of their toasted sandwiches and wanted half of it toasted to see if I'd like it but they didn't care they refused. Apparently this is why this store has a two star. Placed an order on 11-4-2019, on line. After one hour went by I called the store to check on my order and they told me it was almost ready Unfortunately my order did not arrive until 30 minutes later after I made the first call. the entire wait was one hour and 45 minutes almost 2 hours to get my order * There was no apology or explanation as to what the delay was. Needless to say my lunch hour was only 30 minutes and I was unable to eat at my lunch and had to wait until after work at 5pm . So I basically paid for a sandwich I was unable to eat and had to throw it away ** I find this to be poor customer service and I am very disappointed in the Management to allow this to fall threw the cracks. So let me preface this by saying that I love Jimmy John's. Unfortunately, I've ordered delivery (right across the street) from this location multiple times, and there's always a problem. Food took over an hour to be delivered. We live 1.2 miles away. They never called to let us know what was going on. I called after the first 45 minutes as I had to go to work shortly. Was informed the driver was on the way. 20 minutes late, still no sign not contact. I called again and they said the driver had forgotten something and had to come back to the store. I asked for a refund as I wasn't going to be able to eat before I left for work. He said he didn't have the authority, that only his boss did (who wasn't there, of course). Offered me a credit but why on earth would I want that experience again?? Boss never called and the money was never returned to me. Terribly run franchise. I'm not a fan of Jimmy John's in the first place, but am even more unimpressed by the behavior of the management at this location. My co-worker (who orders from this location frequently - once per week) was just treated incredibly rudely, all due to an initial mistake on the part of this location. They sent out the wrong sandwich and brought a new one. So far so good. Once delivered they asked for the original WRONG sandwich (which I assume they would not resell) back. She had disposed of the WRONG sandwich. Half was down in the garbage can and the other she had offered to me as she could not eat what was sent in error. I scraped off the mayo and had part of the sandwich and disposed of the rest of the WRONG order. When the driver asked for the sandwich back, she explained this. He then just requested the wrapper to take back. My co-worker then received a call from the Jimmy John's location in question and given a hard time about the fact that they didn't get the WRONG sandwich back. The food is average, but I agree with my fellow yelper. The customer service here is non existent. I picked up a sub and asked for onions only on half. This location is TERRIBLE. They always get my order incorrect (by leaving on ingredients I requested to he removed). Besides the fact they deliver for only a quarter, besides the fact that - yes, for them to make your sandwich, it can literally be less than a minute - besides the fact that their bread is really good, their deli meets are really tasty, and their vegetables are always fresh, Jimmy Johns is a winner in my book because of the people who work there. Case in point: Last night, we had to grab a late dinner. Late, in this case, being 9pm. At that point we'd thought they'd be closed for the evening, but they welcomed me in and took my order. Curious, I asked when they close. I was told they used to close at 9pm, but since they had so many customers come right at 9pm that they would then turn away, they decided to extend their time until 9:10pm (without announcing it). That way, when people try to get there at the last minute, they actually have 10 extra minutes to get there - and truthfully, while I was there, 3 more orders came in after 9:10 and they still took them. I felt bad, because it can't be fun to be moments away from getting to close up and go home, and suddenly have to hold off on cleaning while you make more sandwiches - but they all had such a great attitude and brushed off my apologies. So you may think of it as "just a sandwich place" but ask yourself how many sandwich places would go that extra distance just to satisfy not only their customer's stomachs, but their hearts too? read more

I'm generally a fan of Jimmy Johns, but this location doesn't live up to the brand's expectations. Their delivery is far from "Freaky Fast" and, frankly, it's painfully slow. I've had colleagues order pizza at the same time I ordered Jimmy Johns, and the pizza arrived first. Obviously, this is antithetical to the entire Jimmy Johns business model. They've also gotten my order wrong on several occasions, which has never been an issue at other locations. I love Jimmy John's sandwiches! They are so yummy! The quality of the food is superb I must say! Every time I go to JJ I order the Italian Night Club. It is a like amazing! If you order it you must get it with peppers... It kicks it up a notch to a place that will make you a addict. The quality of ingredients is second to none. They do not use any processed meats or cheese in the franchise. They only use the best of the best. The quality of the food is not the only thing that is great quality in the restaurant... I love this spot. Jimmy John's is my go-to when my wife and I are both working late. She sprints home to make sure that our Doberman doesn't poo everywhere in the house and I head to JJs to pick up some food. I mix it up and get different things, but my wife sticks with the Italian on wheat bread. That bread is really good. As advertised, the sandwiches come out fast. I usually get there around 7:30 to 8:00 and there is rarely a line. It's quick. One time, they let me take home like 6 loaves of their bread. If you go before closing, you may get a similar treat. If you're in a rush, but want a good sandwich at a reasonable price, this is your spot. I would rank them ahead of Jersey Mikes and Lenny's (which are both very good too). read more

However this place is by far the fastest sub around In fact, it could be the fastest meal in town period. Every time I come here I am in and out in 3 min or less. The reason for only 2 stars is simply because of how long it took to deliver my food. They claim to be "freaky fast", but there was nothing fast about this delivery. After spending about 20 minutes of my lunch break waiting for it I finally called to see what the status was. They informed me that mine was "the next one to go out the door once the delivery driver returned." It was another 20 minutes before they called back to say it was just leaving the restaurant.
