First my sandwich was exactly what I was expecting and filled me up typical roast beef from a sandwich chain no complaints. The reason I'm writing this review is the service. When I walked it they were dealing with getting two huge catering orders out while also taking care of walk in customers. I ordered my food the employee let me know they were busy and they would work as fast as they could, and they were, right after I ordered a high school basket ball team rolled in. The employees didn't panic they went above and beyond to make sure everyone got their food, one called and got an employee from another location to come help. A few months back I had an issue with this location. It was so bad I contacted their corporate office something I'd never done before for any business ever. In short: their customer service was horrible and my girlfriend and I felt wronged and unwelcomed. This location unfortunately is the closest to hers so today when she suggested we come here and give it another shot I was apprehensive. But she twisted my arm and we came. We were greeted and helped by a very helpful woman whose name is Joewin [I'm going off the cashier name on the receipt]. She was professional, friendly and really set my fears aside. If the last visit was a 1 star rating this current one was a 5 star visit. The restaurant was clean and we got our sandwich in mere moments after we had paid. With employees like Joewin representing this company, and this particular branch, I am willing to forgive, and forget, my last visit and look forward to frequenting this location much more often. read more

The person taking my order asked me if I want to cheese, didn't explain to me it was extra, so I said yes, I told him no tomatoes. When I got my sandwich or snack, I should say the turkey look like they scrape the bottom of the pan for it. The latest was wilted and yes, there was a half a slice of cheese on there. COVID review. No drive thru, you have to walk in and order. I am pretty sure they do delivery, and that is their primary way of serving food. Ordering was super quick and easy. Store was super clean with spacing set up for social distancing. Got my food very quickly. Food was pretty darn good. This has to be the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. - No sprouts - Didn't cut sandwich in half - No guts - Handwritten sign on toilet door "knock knock no lock." The bathroom door doesn't have a lock!!! There were 4+ employees and nobody in line. They were all busy fraternizing and it took several minutes before I was served. Jimmy John's is supposed to be fast, not slow. Employees were wearing masks but one person had her red mask so loose that it didn't cover her nose, and we'll barely covered her mouth too. This was my first expereince buying a sandwich at Jimmy John's. On Snday afternoon my husband and I were just starving and getting ready to head back to Los Angeles. As we walked through the doors, we were cheerfully greeted and the person behind the counter was very nice and polite. Guys at the cashier had their masks on their chin, Then he sweeps the floor and without changing the gloves took customers glass to fill with drinks while he has his fingers inside the glass while he can holds the from outside. Then I ordered 3 big Jimmy's and took about 15 minutes to come to me and tell me that one of the sandwiches has to be with onion sauce !!!! When I ask why he said because he made them before and now that the only bread they have , and even after that they put 3 small pieces of bread ( possibly left overs) together to make it the size of a whole sandwich.
