Asked if I could get lettuce & tomato on only half of a sandwich my children were sharing and was first told no, then "we'll do it but we're not supposed to" and I don't want you coming in next time thinking we can. Are you serious? Let them know I'd just scrape half the lettuce & tomato off myself since it was clearly asking too much and met with more rudeness. I love this place, way better than other sub restaurants located around here. I, in particular, like the meats they use for filling. All of their ingredients are high quality and fresh. I usually get the beach club or the Italian night club with mayo added. I also like that they have a low carb option of getting your sandwich wrapped in crisp iceberg lettuce. They employees are also really nice too, a young crowd, so there is a lot of fun energy. The music they play can be loud but the employees will turn it down some if you ask nicely. read more

Looking for delivery other than domino's pizza.... Don't look here. Honestly we live less than 2 miles from the place but apparently that isn't close enough. I get that this is a small town but gee, if they want to compete with other delivery places, maybe they should expand their delivery area to us poor folk who live on the outskirts. We've really come to like Jimmy John's and they have saved our lazy butts many a-time when it would get late and we still didn't know what we wanted for dinner. Super easy ... order online and not too long later, BAM - dinner was served. That was in Hillsboro. Well, our fam just recently moved back to the Longview-Kelso area - actually, into a relatively close Kelso neighborhood in the main part of town; not on a hill, not way down a west side highway - and found out after creating our usual order online, that the Longview store will not cross either of the bridges to deliver into Kelso. They will not go past the Flying-K gas station. Huh. I've lived here many years and I thought Longview and Kelso were kind of associated together, like salt and pepper; like peanut butter and jelly; like yin and yang. They're joined at the, well ... bridges. The Longview-Kelso area is actually hyphenated, for crying out loud! So what a bummer to find out that Jimmy John's would not be a viable option for our new-to-us location. We were excited that there was one in the area. Honestly, if we wound up having to get out and run to get instant dinner in that part of Longview, we'd probably wind up at Minami. So hmm ... who else might deliver on a night my husband didn't want to get out after driving over an hour to get home from work? Oh yeah, Dominos!! And even though they're in the same area as JJ, they don't feel that Kelso is too far to deliver to their customers who are expecting delivery from a company that typically advertises delivery. And you know what? It turns out that the Dominos pizza here in Longview is actually much better than that in Hillsboro! Good to know in a pinch - very fresh and hot and didn't skimp on the toppings. And guess what else was better at this Dominos? Their delivery! It was FREAKY FAST!! read more

When you order and pay for hot peppers and get sent home without them... kind of disappointing. Food was good otherwise.

it gets a "fresh" rating because it lives up to its freaky fast title. ordered, paid, and by the time we were about to start waiting, the sandwiches were done. but there fast because the sandwiches seem like fake plastic ones. everything seems fake, and the bread is stale and hard to. except it doesnt taste stale, just the consistency. read more

First time to any Jimmy John's and came away less then impressed. Cashier was anything but friendly, just stared at us, and food was greatly over-priced. I can get a better sandwich and better potato chips at Subway for a lot less money. Music was also weird. Doubtful I'll go back. read more

I ordered a beef sammich for hubby and a turkey double meat and cheese with extra veggies for me....Mine was an abysmal fail. Mine came out with no cheese, four lonely thin slices of tomato and a tablespoon of lettuce. I ordered the same sandwich a couple of months earlier and it was good. This shop needs help. To their credit they refunded my sandwich price, but no dinner for me that night since we live 15 miles away. bummer read more

Its hard to mess up Jimmy John's, but this location has done it... The Management doesn't have it together at all. They will not deliver unless its a few blocks away and it changes all the time. Now they wont deliver to our house 1.5mi (5min) according to google maps, thats to far for this location. We used to get them to deliver to our school downtown, but now they won't .9 miles away 3min by google maps, but that's to far them as well. So whats the point of freaky fast delivery if they don't deliver??? nothing, just makes it another sandwich. Looks like our company will be using someone else from now on.
