a sub sandwich on a wrapper

We were on the way to the petting zoo and decided to stop and get lunch at this local Jimmy John's. I am a frequent visitor of Jimmy John's it's pretty good. This one was better than usual to be honest. Roast beef ham lettuce pickle mayonnaise it was a good sandwich I must say they made it well the bread was fresh

It's Jimmy John's...what else is there to say? I first fell in love with this restaurant when I was living in East Lansing, MI. Being a midwestern bumpkin from Nebraska, I was blown away to find a place that would deliver a single sandwich at 3 in the morning. Years went by, and I would only hear whisperings of Jimmy John's locations here and there, but never actually finding one. Like Kaiser Soze of sandwiches. But then, imagine my surprise when I found out that a Jimmy John's would open up in my very own neighborhood! AWESOME! This place is great! Any of their stores are great! My favorite sandwich is the Gargantuan. If you want a Manwich, order it with bacon. Unfortunately, since I desperately needed to watch my waistline, I had to reevaluate my Jimmy John's intake. But no worries! They make a great Unwich (eighty-sixing the bread and subbing with a lettuce wrap). I'm working my way down the menu, trying each one (although I am lately partial to the Bootlegger Unwich these days). This is a good location. It's fairly new and the staff is cheerful and good at what they do. The drive-thru is mind-numbingly fast. It's actually worth driving through to witness their cheetah-like speed. That's right. A CHEETAH!

So, they bring us 2 sandwiches with 1 piece of cheese that we paid $ for and a pathetic amount of meat. My wife called and the manager says he will replace the sandwiches. 45 minutes later they call back and ask for their sandwiches & they will send us the corrected order ASAP. Question:WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO DO WITH EATEN SANDWICHES! Never had a bad experience until today. Manager seems to be unconcerned with customer satisfaction and us repeating business. Why is this store seem so unconcerned with basic customer service? Are they not held to the corporate standard? I don't think we will be able to continue our relationship with them after significant confusion on what seems to be a basic order/request.

This spot used to be amazing. Unfortunately, not any more. Gave them 1 star because there isn't an option to give negative stars. Sure hope the franchise owner gets back with me regarding the crappy experience, soggy, stale food and the way the manager Carlton conducted himself after he told me that our food had been out for delivery in the driver's car for more than 45 minutes. I also hope that my money is refunded since the sandwiches were so bad they went right into the trash can. Too bad I can't post the pics of the food on Yelp so y'all could see for yourselves what I paid $20+ for. Best part of the experience was my son having a bag of chips and bite of a hard cookie for dinner . I've left my contact info with Carlton and with corporate. So disappointed that our fav sandwich delivery spot no longer has a place in our menu drawer

A few picnic tables and a cart with condiments and such. We each took our turn in line and then grabbed a table to eat. The orders were prepared quickly and soon we were all enjoying our sandwiches. I got the roast beef on white toasted. No cheese, no butter, just plain. I wasn't sure what to expect based on white bread, but it was a typical sandwich roll. I wish I would have asked if they had au jus because it did need something. I got some giardiniera and that added some heat but I think au jus would have been best. The roast beef was plentiful and had a great flavor, I was pleasantly surprised.
