The girl with the ratty hair that needs contained is literally a menace, just ate two subs while she left the guy working by himself for the entire time as they were busy. Comes out of the restroom and washes her hands for maybe 3 seconds?? And is already back to touching food items absolutely disgusting. The entire time too I'm sat here listening to some down right raunchy music trying to just enjoy my sandwich in peace. Thank goodness for that guy being here because last time the curly rat hair girl took my order and was totally rude and couldn't even be pleasant enough to say hi. Everyone at this location was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I tried for the first time the mini sandwich. We loved the amount but the bread was very stale. ETA: AND they messed up the easiest one! I ordered online for pick up and had to pick a time. The time was 45 minutes from when I ordered to when I could pick up. I got there about 2 minutes before my scheduled time and the girl working was sitting in a booth playing on her phone. As soon as I walked in, she got up and went to the register and JUST THEN saw my order slip. She looked at the slip and said something under her breath that sounded like "oh shoot". Then she had to call someone from the back to come help her make them (5 altogther). This is the 2nd time this happened. The last time the 2 girls working (maybe same 2, idk) were playing on phones together in a booth when i walked in. When I said something to the girl who was in the back, she says "lady, the order just came in". I told her it was waiting there when I walked in. No apology from either one, just tried to blame the machine. And the booth tables were absolutely filthy, so they don't seem to be very good at any job they have there. Very poor service. This pains me to write. I love Jimmy John's but my wife and I went in to our local location and we ignored by the only 2 employees working there for 2-3 mins.? I said hello to the male employee and he just looked up and then back down with no response and filled the mayo up. The female employee wouldn't look over at us either. It was at dinner time on a Saturday and we were the only ones there. We ended up l leaving and eating elsewhere. Then you would think that not having an order complete would cause the employee to be more careful, but they gave me the standard sandwiches and ignored the customized changes on both sandwiches. I went to Jimmy Johns to get a pretty significant order for some people I had over. I went into the monaca store to place this order. When I entered the store I was the only customer. There were 2 employees working. One kid was back by the oven , the other kid was up front sweeping. I was standing at the front counter ready to place my order but no one wanted take my order. As a matter of fact, I was completely ignored until I asked if they were closed. A kid named Bryson/Brandon or something like that was to busy sweeping the floor rather than acknowledge a customer. I walked out of the store in total disgust. I went to leave but came back in to ask to speak to a manager or get a number to call to speak to someone about the employees not taking orders until they are done doing THEIR thing. The kid sweeping said he was the manager.and I can file a compliant, he will read it and that will be that. This kid had a terrible attitude and should never have been the first contact customers meet when coming into the store. A poor representation of a business. I filed the compliant and have never heard any resolve. A terrible way to treat customers from Jimmy Johns representatives. I am going to keep sending my complaint and post negative comments until Jimmy Johns responds back. read more

Purchased a party box in June 2020 (mind you these are not cheap $80 for 30 very small sandwiches) Took them to a picnic in another town - Opened the box - no lettuce, cheese or tomato on any of the sandwiches - didn't get the sandwiches I asked for (and paid extra for) I asked for all condiments on the side - only got mayo & mustard Called the next day to express my disappointment, and the Manager was nice enough to give me a $40 credit - I specifically asked do I need to come and pick up the credit, she stated "No - we will know by your phone number that you have a credit" Fast forward to Friday, Sept. 4th - I call to order sandwiches and use my credit, and no one can see that I have a credit. Terrible service. While in the store with my family, the cashier and the sandwich makers burned a hole in our foreheads while we were deciding what to get. Something has changed. These used to be delicious subs. Very italian, full of flavor and life. But not anymore. Flavors have dulled.
