They successfully downed a huge tree and plenty of palms on my property. I have a couple regrets…read morethough: - They didn't get the suckers (tiny branches on limbs) on my trees. - They cut down limbs on top of my roof with nothing protecting the roof underneath. Chainsaw-to-limb-to-shingles. They bent an exhaust pipe on my roof. As far as I know, they didn't cut into the roof, but they didn't take precautions. - They tore up my yard with their skid steer and crushed irrigation pipes. It was healthy before and now it's a mud pit. Fine, grass can come back, but prepare yourself for a messed up yard. - The stumps were left tall with jagged breaks, so if you have kids, it will be dangerous for them. There were straight-up wooden swords on the stumps. When I called to ask them to come back out to help me out with some of the things above, they ghosted me. For the amount of money I paid (more than $5k) I expect safety and professionalism. Look, they're good at their job (downing trees), but if you want good service, you might check elsewhere first.

Kyle said he would swing by in the afternooon that day and he showed up after an obvious tough days work.. He looked at the tree, gave me a price and said he would cut it immediately. I called on a Thursday and he and Billy were out on Saturday morning to cut down a large, very dead pine tree. They were both friendly, personable and professional.
