Very friendly shop…read more I thought I am really fed up with buying meat from supermarket, one only gets very predictable kind of meat available... So I thought I should give this butcher a try. There have varieties of meat and different kind of cuts too. I bought a big portion of beef brisket, which according to the butcher is good for slow cooking. Together with another big portion of spare ribs, i paid £5 plus. I don't think one can gets such a price in a supermarket. It might be a bit daunting to walk in to local butcher, but i think it is worth a try! One not only get to know different kind of cuts, but one can also ask for tips of how to cook certain meats that we might not be familiar with! Go on, next time give your local butcher a try!

They will give recommendations on how best to cook a particular meat, or what sauce will go well, and even when closing they will always have time for one more customer. There can be a queue at certain times which shows how good a butchers they are as everyone in the area wants to get their meat from there.
