Warning: Safety Failure, Negligent Installation, and Predatory Billing…read more I am writing this to warn others of my experience with this shop. After paying for a clutch replacement, my vehicle suffered a catastrophic mechanical failure while in motion. The ball joints--which were installed by this shop--popped out of the lower control arm, causing the wheel assembly to collapse and resulting in significant damage to the axle, wheel, and body. An independent inspection by a certified mechanic confirmed the failure was due to improper and negligent installation, not a part defect. Beyond the safety failure, the billing practices here are predatory: Double-Dipping on Labor: I was charged two full, separate labor fees for a clutch and flywheel replacement, which are overlapping procedures. Charging for Shop Errors: Technicians broke my brake caliper and the original ball joints during the repair; instead of taking responsibility, the shop charged me for the replacement parts. Lack of Accountability: I have sent a formal, legal demand letter via certified mail detailing these issues. The shop has received the letter but has completely neglected and ignored all communication. If you value your safety and your wallet, I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. I have filed a formal complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General and am pursuing further legal action.

We all looked at, figured out what we needed to get to texas. Got the problem fixed and we were back on the road in an hour. We didn't completely fix whatever is wrong with the vehicle, but the staff and owner were not tryna bullsh*t us. Plain and simple, you got a problem, they can fix it, no bs. They even gave us the rest of the coolant and water they used to top off the radiator so we could make it to texas. Really great experience. There's also a taqueria next door only open on weekends but oh lord did it smell heavenly

He hooked up his computer and did what ever he did on it and went under the hood and started messing around with wires un hooking this and that and yes he let me watch. He found a problem with a black thing I forgot what it was called. So he ordered one and i think it was about 45 min and he was done with it. No more missing and the price wasn't bad. The only reason for the 4 stars is they didn't have a waiting room they had chair's and a picnic table to sit down at out side. But they are a Small shop with 2 over head doors. But the service was great and they did offer us something to drink while we were waiting. I lost all…read morepower to my vehicle, threw a rod, and the engine went into safety mode so I had time to cross traffic onto an easement. I was in the middle of nowhere alone. Not a sole in sight. I had trouble finding a wrecker service because I didn't have much of a cell signal. The tow company, Steve Steel's, out of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, found exactly where I was calling from. He called me back within 5 minutes and had a truck on the way. While waiting, I checked the oil, checked for burning electrical, checked the coolant, etc. So Steel's sent me to Morgan's based on his recommendation of, "I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, ma'am". Chris and his family were warm, caring, courteous people. They welcomed me in their Home while Chris and his son worked on my car. When I say they worked on my car, I mean they busted their butts to try to get me on the road. They worked all day into the evening, and we had to pause until the next day. They took me to where I'd booked a room for the night and they worked nearly all day Saturday to figure out what the heck was happening. Turns out there was an open recall on the very recall was the reason I was stranded. They put the car BACK TOGETHER for me and got me to my sister who came from an hour + and Morgan's took care of the pickup of my vehicle by the Steel's and I had a solution to everything. If you're broke down near Broken Bow, OK, that's the only place to take your car and know you're being truly taken care of. Chris was honest and was absolutely trustworthy. I've dealt with a LOT of mechanics across the nation because of my job and with 100% certainty I would go there before ANY of the companies I've dealt with. Thank you so much, Chris, son, & family for making a nightmare quite a bit bearable.

What they didn't know then was that we were in a race against time to get to Chicago before my husband's grandmother passed. They didn't need our sob story to provide exceptional customer service. They called every part shop in a 100 mile radius, located the part an hour and a half away, had it driven down, got the car fixed quick and sent us on our way. We made it to Chicago in time.
