Glazed Donut Holes - Unevenly glazed (like the regular glazed donut). Pretty standard donut holes. Filling Donut, raspberry - Filling is all the way through. Raspberry filling has jelly-like consistency instead of jam - more watery, but contains seeds. Raspberry flavor is quite artificial tasting. Cronut - Texture is light and flaky. Good standard cronut, but IMO WAY overpriced for a standard sized, standard flavor, standard Cronut. Cronut Holes - Interesting shapes - Some circles and mostly triangles. Along with the Cronut, it looks like they were originally large square pastries that were cut into donut shapes. Good standard Cronut holes. Overall, I thought everything was pretty standard. I am a fan! Today was my second visit to Jin's Donuts and both times they have rocked it! From the moment you walk in they kind of set your morning off right by giving you a warm friendly greeting and asking how your day is going so far. The place is as pleasant as the owners and employees are as it is nicely decorated and always spotlessly clean. The food is always fresh and always delicious. My first visit I got what they call a Cronut. I had to ask what it is but you have probably already figured it out. It is a donut made out of a croissant. I have to say it was pretty amazing and I wish that I had not liked it as much as I did LOL. My second visit was more of a full on breakfast visit. I got a croissant sandwich that was filled with bacon ham cheese and egg. The croissant was freshly baked and all of the ingredients inside were high quality and delicious. I also ordered a small cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was absolutely divine.
