I went with the Caprese pizza -- pesto sauce, mozzarella, double tomato, and a balsamic drizzle -- and it did not disappoint. The roasted cherry tomatoes were juicy and the balsamic glaze added a nice tang. They've got a big menu with build-your-own options, signature pies, salads, and starters, plus a full espresso and tea lineup and some creative dirty soda specials. A couple of heads up for anyone planning to visit: there are no public restrooms, and seating is outdoor only, so plan accordingly. I tried the nitro cold brew and it seemed a bit on the weaker side -- not bad, just not as bold as I'd hoped. The pastry case looked great though, with scones, muffins, cinnamon rolls, and more baked fresh daily. Overall a charming spot with good food and a cool roasting setup.
