Omg! I can't enough amazing things about this place! The food was soooo delicious. I took my daughter here for a mother/daughter day and boy am I glad we came across this place. The food is amazing, and I mean all of it! The customer service is top tier. Plenty of seating, clean, spacious and lots of parking. Highly highly recommend! Excellent ambiance, definitely returning! The spicy crispy chicken is perfection. Crispy & very flavorful The spring rolls are to die for, so tasty The shrimp fried rice is great! The spicy cucumbers are so crunchy and the perfect level of spiciness And the stir fried noodles are uh-mazing! You have to try it all! Everything and everyone there is wonderful, and being able to see the amazing chefs cook everything is so cool to see!

first time here, a little family dinner. ambience is nice as a little bar area, there is an inside and outside seating. not too crowded and was able to bring our stroller in because we have our baby. When we got the menu, I noticed there is not a price for a single item, So was nervous about that. Took pictures of the regular menu, but on the black book, they have pictures of their signature items. we ordered their soup dumplings, signature spareribs, beef noodle soup upgraded them to the knife cut noodle (It says to pick your choice of noodle, but it doesn't say that it's additional price), and pepper pork belly. I'm not the biggest person on spice so when I asked if we can make it more mild, they let us know that they can't change a spice, but it shouldn't be too spicy. for me, the beef noodle soup had a bit of a kick, but not intolerable and the pepper pork belly was a bit spicy for me. Rice is not included and only individual serving. our favorite dish had to be the signature spare ribs. staff was nice especially the waiter Ethan. It was just a little tough considering it wasn't that busy and we had to keep flagging down for things like refilling water, etc. family portions that you can share. Would come back.

I love the beef stew noodle soup and the chitterling dry noodles at JJ Noodle House. I always pay a little extra to switch to the hand-cut noodles, and they are absolutely worth it--great texture and really delicious. Their soup dumplings are good too, and the servers are very nice. You can tell everything is made fresh, though because of that, the food can take a bit longer to come out. One thing to keep in mind if you're dining with a bigger group: the timing of the dishes can be uneven. During one visit, some people were almost finished eating while others still hadn't gotten their food yet. That said, if I were rating based on the food alone, I would definitely give it 5 stars.

Went to try this place for dinner. Located at Day Creek . It was not busy so we were seated right away. The service was really good. The place was clean and nice decor. We ordered braised beef soup with noodle. It was kinda spicy but delicious. The broth was very tasty. The bbq pork was watery and juicy. Cooked perfectly. The sautéed chile with pork was hot. The dinner was satisfying. Be back again

Atmosphere was nice with modern and traditional interior, music was mellow electric house. Service was not bad, a little confusing because they offer QR code ordering but also servers come to the table to ask for your order, maybe to cater to older and younger generstions depending on their tech savvy? Food was great, probably the closest to legit Chinese you can get in the Rancho Cucamonga area.

This place is pretty good! They have a selection of Northern Chinese and Cantonese style food which is pretty hard to come back around here. Service was great, the place was really staffed and the decor was so cute. Lots of seats. I'd definitely recommend getting the pan fried dumplings and the XLB. They're so juicy like really really soupy. I'm coming back for the lobster next time!

This place is one of the best Chinese restaurants I've been to! The service was excellent, reservations are readily available on yelp and even updates you on the current wait. I loved the staff, they were attentive and friendly (: Loved how we could see the cooks from where we were sitting plus the decor/ interior design was beautiful. The food spoke for itself. The menu has variety from dim sum, noodles, fried rice to special entrees like the sizzling pepper beef that we ordered! We will be back soon!

I originally thought this would be an ordinary noodle outing, but I never expected such stunning, top-tier culinary craftsmanship to be hidden behind the unassuming "JJ Noodle House" sign. Having been in culinary education for many years and having seen countless restaurants and dishes, my taste buds have always been picky and critical. But at this restaurant, the chef's dedication to ingredient selection, precise mastery of heat control, and professional commitment to culinary perfection truly left me in awe and deeply moved. The Ultimate Respect for Original Flavors and Heat Control You can tell the chef's true skill and dedication just by looking at how they handle meats and offal. * Water-Boiled Pork Intestines (Shuizhu Feichang): This dish leaves an endless aftertaste. The large intestines are cleaned flawlessly and are incredibly chewy, with a thick, satisfying texture--completely unlike the mushy or overly thin versions you usually find. What's even rarer is the "Shuizhu" (Sichuan water-boiled) seasoning. Instead of using overwhelmingly aggressive numbness or dead heat to stimulate the palate, the ratio of Sichuan peppercorns to dried red chilies is spot on, creating a mellow, aromatic profile. The Napa cabbage and soybean sprouts at the bottom soak up the rich broth, making it impossible to stop eating. Using the leftover essence of the broth to mix with rice or noodles is an absolute treat. * Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin: This is a dish I must give a special shoutout to! Nowadays, too many restaurants prioritize speed, cheapness, and artificial tenderness by using lean leg or rump cuts, relying heavily on baking soda marinades. This destroys the beef's fibers, making it tender but giving it a chemical taste and stripping away its natural sweetness. However, this restaurant uses beef filet (tenderloin), paired with red onions and tri-color bell peppers, accented with just a touch of black pepper sauce. The beef is incredibly tender and refreshing, perfectly retaining its natural meaty flavor and pure steak-like profile. This is what it means to truly respect the ingredients. * Signature Zajiangmian (Fried Sauce Noodles): Many Northern-style Zajiangmian out there are too dry, overly salty, and hard to mix. But here, the noodles are remarkably smooth and mellow. You can taste the golden ratio of soybean paste, sweet bean sauce, and Doubanjiang (chili bean paste) carefully blended into the sauce. Paired with large cubes of diced pork (instead of cheap minced meat) and chewy knife-cut noodles, it's not only intensely aromatic but also delivers a substantial, hearty meat flavor. * Braised Fish Head with Tofu: This is a technique-driven soup dish that turns the ordinary into the extraordinary. The rich, milky-white broth proves that the kitchen spent a tremendous amount of effort and time simmering the fish bone stock. The tofu perfectly absorbs the savory fish soup, and the thick, gelatinous fish skin clings to the bone, tasting incredibly fresh, smooth, and entirely free of any fishy odor. This dish not only brings immense satisfaction to seafood lovers but also carries a comforting "taste of mom's cooking." * Lobster Noodles: This dish showcases unconventional creativity. Instead of the traditional Cantonese method of braising the lobster together with the noodles, they use a thick, udon-like noodle as a base and generously layer large chunks of lobster meat on top. Not only is it immensely satisfying to eat, but it also perfectly preserves the lobster's unique sweetness and its signature tender-yet-crisp texture. It's absolutely thrilling. Ambiance & Design Beyond the impeccable food, the restaurant's decor--which beautifully balances environmental sustainability with spatial design--is equally stunning. They used fireproof, waterproof, and mold-proof eco-friendly green materials for the floors and ceilings, and the wall details are full of taste. Whether it is the silk-textured fabrics embroidered with birds, flowers, and lotuses, or the opposite wall featuring blue tones reminiscent of an Impressionist landscape painting, everything presents an elegant, unpretentious aesthetic. Add in the highly modern colored-glaze partitions at the bar, the exquisitely beautiful restrooms, and an outdoor patio perfect for a romantic afternoon tea, and the owner's thoughtfulness shines through everywhere. Conclusion This dining experience was a high-standard feast for the taste buds. JJ Noodle House didn't just meet the mark; they far exceeded my expectations. This will absolutely be my top choice for hosting close friends, treating my This level of dedication to pursuing perfection, professionalism, and craftsmanship deserves the highest praise!

Been here at least 5 times and brought friends/family to try. We made friends with Edward and another girl I forgot her name but they're both super sweet and attentive. Helps that I speak mandarin haha. I love the fish dishes here and the shredded bean curd with leeks. But everything is S tier here. It is on the pricey side but you're paying for the ambience and the large portions. We love coming here for special occasions and to celebrate small wins. However, they DO put MSG in their food. Something to note for those that are allergic or have strong reactions to MSG.

Stopped in with my family while they were visiting. Good service, not too crowded during the lunch hour. We were seated right away and service was fast. Portions are good for sharing and trying multiple dishes. Enjoyed our entrées and appetizers. Hand pulled noodles had that nice chew inside a big bowl of beef broth with veggies and beef. Chili oil and seasoning at each table. Menu does not have pricing, scan the QR code on the table to see itemized list. Parking right in front next to Red Robin.

Dined in - during dinner time .. was seated immediately before the rush .. ordered veggie spring rolls , pork fried rice , seafood noodle soup & combination noodle soup with hand made noodles (fresh) not dry pre packaged ! Food came out super fast & fresh with plenty of flavor & spice level . Exceptional customer service & attentiveness and authentic Chinese cuisine . Overall , I'd definitely come back & try something else . You know it's legit when you see the mature folks here . Restaurant is absolutely clean & just beautiful decor .

    Egg drop soup

My partner and I were out last night looking for a place to grab some food and came across this place via Yelp. We had never stopped by before so we decided to give it a try because we love trying out new local businesses. We walked in and decided to place a to go order. The hostess was really sweet and provided us the takeout menu (scanning a QR code) and then let us know we could also order via that website. We ordered 3 items: * egg drop soup * spicy wontons * xiao long bao After placing our order the hostess checked up on us a little while longer and checked to see if we had ordered, then a few moments later another worker also checked on us and on our order so the staff was very attentive. The egg drop soup was absolutely delicious and very comforting, however, the spicy wontons were edible but we felt the wontons lacked more filling and there was more of the wonton wrapper vs actual filling. The xiao long bao were very disappointing we were provided with some ginger in the container but no sauce to go with the item itself. When we tried them we noticed they were chewy and just had a very unlikeable texture. It was very sad given that we spent almost $40 for 3 items and only 1 of 3 items were edible. We ended up discarding the rest. Overall, the staff was very attentive and nice and they had a really yummy egg drop soup but our overall food experience was poor and left us a little disappointed and unsure if we'd like to come back or not. The place itself was very neat and clean just not the best experience food wise.

Came here with my family and we ordered lots of dishes to try * combination noodle soup * beef bone noodle soup * beef stew noodle soup * tomato and beef noodle soup * beef fried rice * sizzling black pepper beef * seaweed fried fish * szechuan popcorn chicken the noodle dishes were all pretty good, big portions and u can choose between thin noodles or knife cut. the combination noodle has a lot of toppings! The popcorn chicken and fish were on the salty side so prob wont order these two again. the pepper beef was really tender and pretty good

Does this place have gluten-free noodles?

Yes. We have Rice noodles, they made of rice.

    Any vegetarian broth or dishes?

We have vegetarian options, thank you.

Can anyone confirm if they have any vegan dishes? I don't see a menu or website to see for myself. I saw someone post an eggplant dish - maybe that's vegan? Would love to try this place but need to know what, if any vegan, food there is!

She did not ask for Vegetarian. She asked about "VEGAN". I am also looking for Vegan options as I have strict Vegan friends.

Is it the same menu as when they were located in chino hills? I love their hot n sour soup w noodles

Hi! Although Hot & Sour Noodle Soup isn’t currently listed on our menu, we’d be happy to make it for you upon request. We’re still in our soft opening phase and our menu is still being finalized. Thank you for your understanding and support!

We noticed the menus were put directly on top of the plates which we felt was unsanitary. One of our plates was also not clean. We wiped down the plates. I ordered the peach boba breeze which was tasty though lacked popping boba. There were just a few. We ordered the Chef's 3 course meal which includes soup/salad, an appetizer and an entree. I thought the salad was tasty and I liked the wontons on top. The appetizer came out quickly too, but I didn't like the taste of the filling for the vegetable spring rolls. I wish I tried something else. Next, my group shared all the entrees we requested. The Mongolian beef had a burnt taste and the portion was lacking for this one. The firecracker shrimp had quite a fishy taste which made it feel perhaps expired. I liked the crispy honey shrimp, though my peer thought the breading was stale. The brown rice was fine and we felt the white rice was undercooked. Unfortunately the service was also not ideal as he did not come by to refill our drinks. There were a lot of tables around us celebrating birthdays. The booth right behind us too. Unfortunately the bubble machine (used by staff) felt obnoxious and bubbles floated towards us and got in our food. My peer did not want to eat his soapy salad as a result. I expected this place to be average coming in, but it fell short. I would not come again.

They have a full bar area and two sushi bar areas in the restaurant. They can definitely accommodate a large crowd. They have tvs that highlight games and play music which adds a nice touch to the ambiance. Their bench seating in the front dining definitely needs redone. The vinyl like material is cracking and uncomfortable to sit on. Our waiter was great. He was very tentative and kept asking if we were ready, had questions, or needed anything. The sushi even came out pretty quickly. I ordered the double jeopardy hand roll and absolutely loved it. That peppered salmon and albacore is a game changer from the regular fish. It gives it an extra punch of flavor. The vegetable roll was refreshing and light. A nice bright option from the fish. The nigiri eel, peppered salmon, pepper albacore, and salmon were fresh and I appreciate it being nice size slices of fish to rice ratio. I love that all the rolls come as a hand roll option because it's a little smaller portion. I also tried the Halibut but no my favorite. For a premium fish it tasted slimy and had no flavor. The shrimp boats were not good. They were heavily bartered and fried. It was like biting into grease. I also didn't get shrimp from it, more imitation crab than anything. I don't suggest this item unless you enjoy deep fried. FYI, This place can get pretty crowded on the weekends and evening but definitely worth checking out!
