What's most frustrating is that I was never given any written information about the cancellation policy or process. There were no documents, emails, or signed agreements outlining how to cancel. Everything was handled verbally, which made it impossible to officially cancel my membership despite my clear intent to do so. Their website also provides no information about cancellation policies which only adds to the lack of transparency. Now, months later (4-6 months to be exact), I'm still disputing charges for services I never received. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere reputable, preferably accredited by the BBB, and not a business with multiple complaints already filed against them.
