These guys lifted the carpeted up and were able to get under the carpet to make sure the entire stain was treated and removed. It has been about a 4-6 weeks since we had our carpet cleaned and it still looks like new! They were also kind enough to pull the carpet tighter before re-taking to rid the ripple that was there. The high traffic areas in the hallways are sparkling again, and their prices were amoung the best in town. Unlike other cleaners, they don't use any chemicals in their machines that leave a residue that attracts dirt in the future, they use nothing but hot water. I will be using them again in the future.
