I think that for almost six quid they should be part of the standard Full English. That said, every single one of the components was slightly higher in quality than what comes with the cheap Full English at JD Wetherspoon's, The décor is very matter of fact, but clean. It certainly doesn't invite you to linger. Just a place to stop for a quick coffee or snack.

Unfortunately on my 2nd visit service was terrible, one guy taking orders whilst the persin prepping was backing up, to add to my long wait a couple of foreign young mums thought it was funny their kids were having a screaming contest
