The salon was nice and had all the necessary stuff to do all the hair and nail type things you may be interested in. Most importantly, she doesn't let just anyone touch her hair. She was really pleased with the service she got while she was there and has been back again since. Prices were reasonable and the person that worked with her was really nice and made the whole experience enjoyable. She would recommend them to anyone, so I would say, if you're looking for a cut, highlights, any of those types of things, give these guys a shot and you might have found your new long term hair care place.

Come to find out there were out of the powder and instead of letting me pick another brand with similar color to my pedicure - used 3 shades darker - pepto bismol pink as opposed to the pale pink I chose. And when questioned after the first dip, she said "it's ok". She had the lid flipped so I couldn't see the number she got off the shelf. I said again, before she put the final clear coat, that it wasn't the matching color, and she replied, "it's fine". When I was paying another tech noticed my frustration. I told him and he said something to her. Her response to me was just - sorry. I guess I should just be happy she didn't make my nail bed bleed this time....USED to spend $220/month there. I went there as a walk-in. There were three people ahead of me; no problem I had time to wait…read more So, after a few more people walked in, one of the nail techs decided to check the sign-in sheet; I wanted a full-set - after looking at the sheet, she told me they only had one person to do full-sets that day. That tech was tied up and after she was done with the person she was working on, she had an appointment coming in. I needed to come back the next day either at opening or at 1pm and they would make sure to get me in. Now, I understood they were short-handed. And, I understand they were busy and only had limited services. What I don't understand is why I had to wait close to 45 minutes to be told they couldn't do my nails and I had to come back the following day - I understand the issues they had going on, but because they didn't let me (or at least one other person) know, we wasted our time sitting there for nothing. This is not professional - If they couldn't offer one of their services, they could have at least posted something by the sign in sheet so people wouldn't waste their time waiting. I found another shop nearby to get what I needed done.
