They have a good range of collectables as well as reasonably priced jewellery. We have bought two Christening items and each came well presented with and offer for free engraving, because we were buying more than one item they also knocked a bit off the price. The shop is clean and well presented and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful but be warned, it is one of the more expensive jewelers in the area.

Having said that, the staff are quite friendly and helpful when I visited a few days ago, and I was able to find what I wanted (and at a price I was happy with) fairly quickly -- quite an achievement, given my general indecisiveness when shopping. Perhaps the biggest advantage/disadvantage of this branch is that it's in the Trafford Centre -- so easy parking and convenient opening hours, but very busy at peak times. All in all, though, I'd go there again.

The staff didn't try to rush me whilst I was choosing and took a lot of trouble over adjusting the bracelets to get them just right. If only all jewellers were this good! In the window they always have some really nice ornaments for sale like teddy bears or elephants and i swear one day i will go in and buy one!! They are gorgeous!
