On Tuesday my boyfriend called me and told me he some bad news. The neighbor's tree fell on our…read morehouse in a huge storm. I rushed home and found the massive beast laid into the side of our house. Now, it could have been much worse given the size of the tree but there was a hole punctured through the top of the roof. The roof I just had replaced less than 2 years ago. Cue a lot of swearing and crying. The worst part? The rain was off and on. And we had a hole in the roof. A lot of trees and damage in the neighborhood and every roofer I called wasn't answering or had a busy signal. I couldn't get anything repaired until insurance came to assess the damage but I could put something temporary up to prevent additional water damage. As we stood outside of our house tending to the gawkers and giving news interviews, I tried desperately to get a hold of someone. Then I saw the R.E. Moon truck drive by. I told my boyfriend, "GO GET THEM!" and so he ran after them. They were headed to a house down the street (which had far more damage than ours) but they said they'd stop by and take a look when they could. About an hour later they came over and said they'd help us patch if they could. I already loved them. They climbed up onto our roof, navigated the tree (which was still there, the city was slated to remove it), cut the branches out of the hole, cleared the space, and nailed down a tarp that has been holding up the last 2 days and through flood causing rains. A great job and I am forever grateful that they took the time to do that. I haven't used them for anything else and depending on what insurance requires me to do or use I may not use them for further repairs in this instance, however their good will, promptness, and awesome care in the midst of a crisis really won me over. I could definitely see myself calling them for any elective work we have to do on the house in the future. High fives and mega props all around.

DO NOT TRUST this company. I had Francis (the owner) come out , quote the job and we agreed on a…read moreprice. We shook hands and set up a start time. The day before he was to start the job he called and told me he would be there at 830am and I never heard from him again! I called 8 times and left 6 messages asking him only for a phone call to let me know what was going on so I could organize all the other work that needed to be done for my project. He didn't even have the courtesy to call and let me know he dropped the job . My father had to call pretending to want a quote for floor sanding just to talk to him to try and find out why . All he said was " Ya i guess I should have called" Very unprofessional all around. You will always be wondering if he will even show up.

I cannot comment on the poor service the other review referenced as I did not utilize them for a…read moresealcoating job. However they also do offer snow plow services and that is the only interaction I had with this company that being said it was a phenomenal one. There are multiple bullet points that I would like to make positive reference of with this experience all of which I believe unfortunately are in short supply in this day in age. 1 it appears to be an the owner operated company and the owner is Hands-On which is respectable 2 they answered the phone on the weekend and it was not a voicemail or call center it was a human being 3 they were honest in saying they they could fit me in as soon as possible and showed up to the job promptly and on time which is a frequent issue with snow plow companies. 4 they were extremely fair priced for a large area of snow. It was done quickly and when they were done plowing the individual even asked does this meet your satisfaction. That alone is a high point in my book. 5 his snowplow was in good condition with the driveway having been recently redone the owner was worried about damage but his equipment was in good condition and had the screw in guides on the bottom of the blade which most plows do not which insured zero damage to the property. After the job was done I also learned from him that he is actually the owner and works on the weekends. This owner showed great pride in his workmanship and Company. Most owners don't work on the weekends this day in age. I will definitely utilize him on more job sites and refer him whenever possible. I am curious to see if the same professionalism and workmanship carries over to the sealcoating side of the business. I would say at least give them a shot you can't go wrong with the fair and economical pricing.
