My home was newer so I was able to find the exact tile as in the dining/living room. Step Up Home Improvements had great reviews, were very prompt in responding, and gave me a reasonable price so I chose them to install my tiles. Pierre Grand was the representative from the company that was my contact for the job. I assumed he would be installing the tile or at least supervising but he was nowhere to be found when the workers came to install the tile. The workers did not speak English so there were multiple issues with not being on the same page. My mistake was assuming the workers would know I wanted the grout lines lined up straight. My wife and I had to continually ask the worker to line up the grout lines evenly and the worker would get noticeably upset. At one point, I was not home and my wife asked him to correct it but he said in broken english "Don't worry, no one will notice it". Since I am conversational in spanish, I rushed home early from work and had him correct it. The above is the main issue I had with the workers/company. They pay very little attention to detail and just try to get the job done and get out. I expressed my concerns to Pierre and he offered me $200 but never received the money. I would NOT recommend this company.

My wife especially enjoys trolling Habitat for Humanity stores for great deals on used building materials. We are particular and real value consumers, which means we save hundreds of dollars when remodeling. The folks at Pegasus work with us and help us get the most out of our remodeling dollar. I only wish every contractor in Pinellas was so honest and easy to work with.

I…read morecontracted Jeff @ Sharpline to paint the exterior of my home after the exceptional job he and his crew did on the full interior of our home (including kitchen cabinets) when we moved in two years ago. I'm rather particular, so his attention to detail and accommodation was on point. Between initial quote and the final application of paint, the entire timeline was less than a week (as he was able to fit us into his schedule between jobs to align with optimal weather). The job itself took Jeff and Joe only three days to complete (full exterior, including power washing, patchwork and caulk + inside/outside of lanai + mailbox post): Monday, 7/6/2020 - Wednesday, 7/8/2020 Side note: Jeff happens to live in the same neighborhood as we do, so his work can be seen throughout. During the process, my neighbor across the street also inquired (and spoke with Jeff while onsite) about possibly doing some work on his home, too. When we began this process (moving, contracting vendors to complete work, etc.) two years ago, it was an overwhelming process to read reviews and make a determination.
