He and his team did an OK job but the problems we soon discovered were: 1) they had used the wrong paint on the doors and all of the door started appealing within a few weeks. 2) Also, they came back to touch up the walls but used the wrong finish paint and now the house is full of spots that reflect with light. 3) However, the real issue is he was also hired to paint/epoxy the garage floor. Unfortunately, it started peeling within months and then he told me it was because we had an EV and we did not tell him about it. After consulting with Sherwin-Williams rep, they said that was not the problem. It was not finished right. Alex said he would warranty the work and came out to patch up some of the spots that were peeling. Those spots quickly peeled right up. On top of this, Alex had asked me to fully remove everything from our garage, which took me over five hours to move by myself. He then told me he would be coming back later to fully refinish the floor in which I needed to remove everything from the garage once again. I had moved everything outside and wrapped it with tarps as it was raining that week and he never showed up. So I had to move ALL of our items both out of the garage and back in for no reason. I have back issues with the pending back surgery and after this I could not walk for three days. He then told me he would be coming out at a later time (Third time visit ) to fix the floors and for me to again to remove all the items. I did not do any moving this time knowing he has not showed up before and once again he did not show up. At this point in time, he does not answer any of my messages and has also stopped responding to the Sherwin-Williams paint rep who provide all the materials and he said he needs to do the job right. Based on the not best quality of work and the fact that he simply does not warranty his work and will stop answering your emails - I would highly recommend to find another dependable contractor. I will no longer be working with Alex again.

PCC did a job for me at residence this past October. My main concern with the project was my…read moresprinkler lines and the relocating of some sprinkler heads. I expressed my concerns regarding the sprinkler heads and was told there would be no problem. About 10 days following completion I tested one of the sprinkler zones and only one worked. Water was bubbling up from one of the sprinkler heads, a trickle of water from another, and another that didn't even surface probably due to lack of pressure. I notified the PCC owners and they said they would try to get back to me which they never did. Last week I tested the other sprinkler zone where work was done and the heads didn't activate because the water was leaking all over the place which led me to believe the water lines were severed when the ground was being cleared and the concrete forms were being put in place. I tried calling getting a message the voice mailbox was full. Sent three emails/messages with no reply which leads me to think they don't care about following up. At this point I have little recourse here and will need to find out the line layout and somehow disconnect the 2 affected zones without too much damage to my yard.
